Excellent service, and full of good advice that I didn't even expect, e.g. what sealant I should use for my particular application.

When it comes to glass repair, or for those who don't know it, it's actually glass replacement,…read moreI've become a verified fan of Kosin's glass. This is a Michigan glass company that supplies, installs, and fixes glass, from commercial buildings, residential homes, single family condos, townhouses, apartment buildings, offices, churches and anyone who needs glass. They've completed an impressive number of major glass work for residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and around southeast Michigan. They're also known for their glass architecture and construction work, having built and worked on commercial glass structures around the U.S. I use them for all my auto glass needs and they've replaced glass in my windows and doors of my home. The glass installation work has been the best I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing, which is what you want when it's your windows and door. They build epic custom glass showers and install them perfectly. Definitely worth getting a quote from Kosin's Glass, they actually stand by their quoting and use superior glass. A throwback to the great days when companies had pride in their craftsmanship and quality of the products they sold, Kosin's Glass is a family business that uses employees only for their glass work from the quote to the installation work. You can trust them because they aren't using subcontractors who you'll never see again. You will be happy you called Kosin's Glass.

Absolute Disaster!!!…read more I hired this person for hardwood floor grinding and refinishing. Pictures tell the story. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

AAA QUALITY MOVING should be your only choice of movers as they are mine…read more My first move with them was in 2013 and they have moved me atleast 10 times since. Twice I've had to use two other companies and not only did neither show up on time but they did a horrible job, broke my things and one company even damaged my father in laws house and refused to take anything off the extremely high price I was paying. AAA QUALITY MOVING not only cares about the people they move but they move your item's as of it were their own. So weather you a person moving home to home or into or out of Storage or a Small or Even Large Company looking for the Best Movers at The BEST PRICES...MAKE AAA QUALITY MOVING YOUR ONLY WAY TO MOVE!

Absolutely the worst experience moving ever! Everything seemed great until they showed up. We had…read morephone calls, texts and even a walk through where John even took notes. We felt confident. Boy were we wrong! $15k down the drain. Everything became a complaint or an argument. We had picked them specifically because they said they would build a crate for the lathe and charged another $1000 to do it. On the day John argued he would not move it and had never agreed to. Much less build a crate for it. I ended up providing makeshift materials and show them how to safely move it. When it got here things were bent and broken. While getting boxes in the truck two of them kept pushing each other around like two little kids. They eventually dropped a bed frame on the hardwood floor and then one pretended to be hurt. We saw it. It never touched him but he screamed it broke his foot and was bleeding. Yet somehow he had no issues moving boxes. The same two guys kept pushing each other around until finally one was thrown right where a snow plow was being moved. The plow flipped over and narrowly missed his foot! I turned white. The truck they brought was not big enough. They had to go and offload it and return. That took them 4 hours. We had to walk behind them around the house because they would constantly not grab all the boxes from rooms but close the door and say it was all done. Always an argument ensued. Things like yard equipment, glass and awkwardly shaped things were taken separately on the truck. When these guys arrived they had two trucks and just 3 people. As they opened the truck I saw one of my generators sitting upside down! The lathe was loosely strapped to the side of the truck sitting on the same material I provided. Things on it were bent and broken from bouncing around. All the yard equipment and awkwardly shaped items were just stuck in tall garment boxes. Trim pieces from my truck I had just painted were scratched and rubbed through. Ruined. Boxes were crushed. The guy with the "broken foot" kept limping around. John hardly did anything. Boxes were placed any which way pretty much anywhere. We had to insist and argue for boxes to be taken where they belonged. Things that went into storage were just chucked in and boxes placed right at the entrance. It was a mess. We gave up on having the furniture put back together as we just wanted them to leave.
