While I was waiting, I called to confirm a few details and spoke with Tom. He was friendly, professional, and had a way of making the situation feel a lot less stressful. At that point, after almost three and a half hours of waiting, I was starting to think I'd have enough time to watch a whole movie on the side of the road. After over 2 hours of waiting, they texted a 23-minute ETA -- only to suddenly cancel and dump the job completely. Worse, they were rude and borderline threatening on the phone when I asked for clarification. I didn't think they'd actually cancel, but they did -- proving exactly why they don't deserve your time, trust, or money. If you're stranded, stressed, or with family in need, Tow Boss will only make your situation worse. Unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Progressive should cut ties immediately.
