Left the yard a disaster, never fixed the neighbors stuff, never gave us a single penny back, either. Fall 2021 we contracted with him, and we still (summer 2023) have tree and a half, all the wood they took off the top of the pine laying around, and a crumpled fence. The owner is a lying THIEF!
