Once this establishment received the package and all the proper completed paperwork from Gunbroker.com they refused to complete the transaction and transfer to my buyer and gave no good reason other than "... the transaction seemed shady... and it was an illegal transfer". It obviously was not as Gunbroker.com is a legal, reputable site that is specifically for fostering proper, LEGAL firearm transfers. I, as well as another licensed FFL dealer, reached out citing the laws and providing the source direct from the ATF government site. Not only did they continue to decline the transaction, ERG completed the transfer to their business name before shipping it back, costing me additional fees for another transfer, on top of the $75 fee for shipping. All for no reason. This situation was not handled appropriately or professionally and was quite disappointing for not only myself but the buyer. I would advise, that a business of this type especially, be knowledgeable of the laws and transactions of their market.
