Our Henry baby had a brain tumor and he died December 22. Our hearts were broken. We called…read moreseveral pet cremation services and were told we would have to wait a week as it was Christmas. Not Hanai. Here were warmly welcomed and they offered immediate service, even staying late to receive us as we traveled over an hour to get there. She was able to meet our need to have Henry privately cremated and returned to us the following day. I also wanted him placed in a box my grandfather had made. The space was so warm and welcoming. And by the door of the farewell chapel (for a lack of a better term) was an "H". That was my sign. I was leaving my Henry in good hands. The next day were were called and able to pick him up early! The whole process took less than 24 hours. My questions, concerns and worries were all addressed. My need to have my baby cocooned in his blanket with his fav toy was not questioned. She was able to wrap Henry's ashes in a section of the blanket. They took lovely paw prints for us. They understood how special Henry was to us and our need to have him returned home to us before the holidays. I can not say enough good words about Hanai and the people who operate it. You can trust your furry four-legged babies in their hands and to ease you stress during difficult times. I highly recommend Hanai Pet Cremation. I also must add she lovingly helped us remove Henry from the van and place him in the "chapel" She was so kind and understanding. My Henry would have liked her..

Hannah is incredible. We have four dogs and a cat and were out of town for a long weekend. We were…read morenervous because some of our dogs have less than wonderful habits. We also had never been away from them for that long before. Hannah was incredible with the chaos our brood brings. She was proactive and understanding with our husky's affinity for urinating everywhere. (Thank you so much for cleaning up all that potty!). We got daily updates of their shenanigans and when we got home everyone was in great spirits. It was also way more affordable than I originally intended to spend when compared with other companies. We will not go anywhere else for a pet sitter. Do yourself a favor, hire Hannah!

When we got our new puppy we wanted to make sure she was well socialized and used to spending days without us in case we both end up with office jobs again (I work from home). She's routinely gotten praise and she comes home the happiest and the most tired. And also stinky, but people who leave a bad review for a stinky dog are ignoring that when a dog plays hard they're rolling in dirt, water, and spit, let alone if you've got one with a penchant for sticking their head in a "stream" (Riza). For us, when we toured the facility was very clean, and they take and post pictures daily of all the pups and even with all the dogs running around all day it's always super clean. The staff are all super friendly and seem to really love their jobs -- or at least really love the dogs so you'd never know. Central Bark is also on the ball with keeping track of vaccinations & will mention if you've got something close to expiring - an added perk for sure since it's easy to miss an email from the vet. For safety reasons, Central Bark asks that you come on as regular a schedule as possible - this keeps their play groups fairly consistent and let's the dogs develop friendships and not be constantly introducing brand new dogs to each other every single day. It also helps with your own routines at home. By doing this, we've found that Riza has made her own friends and has a few doggies that she just LOVES at daycare. It's always fun to see the regulars in the pictures with her. I love them, I think their prices are reasonable and well worth it, and I hope to let Riza come to daycare for as long as we possibly can.
