I received back text and a copy of the quotation via email from Fausto. I texted some questions and Fausto answered immediately and re-confirmed all the products on the quotation. Within an hour, I placed the order and received delivery promptly the next morning. The two delivery gentlemen were very friendly and efficient in placing the tiles on my roof and detached garage. So that needed to be taken care of - with a hydro pressure test - before my tank could be refilled. When I explained the situation to Wayne, he offered to have my tank tested and filled by his supplier, on an expedited basis. Because I needed the oxygen right away for an ongoing project, I asked if he knew of any locations in the LA area that will do hydro testing on an immediate walk-in basis. That was not an option, since that service is no longer available locally. But he came up with an even better, generous solution: he kindly offered to loan me a brand-new tank filled with oxygen to get me started, and to arrange for my tank to be tested and filled, and to exchange the two tanks as soon as my tank came back from testing. As the other reviews indicate, Wayne is great to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable, and truly devoted to providing customer satisfaction. I recommend United Welding Supply highly.
