So that needed to be taken care of - with a hydro pressure test - before my tank could be refilled. When I explained the situation to Wayne, he offered to have my tank tested and filled by his supplier, on an expedited basis. Because I needed the oxygen right away for an ongoing project, I asked if he knew of any locations in the LA area that will do hydro testing on an immediate walk-in basis. That was not an option, since that service is no longer available locally. But he came up with an even better, generous solution: he kindly offered to loan me a brand-new tank filled with oxygen to get me started, and to arrange for my tank to be tested and filled, and to exchange the two tanks as soon as my tank came back from testing.
