Hello I left a post a few days ago and now after…read moreinspections, the 2 gates they installed next to each other have the same keys, so on top of that the bottom of the gate that was installed the wrong direction ( Was designed in the print from me to both go in, not out) also the gate has a large GAP on the bottom when closed so a thief can look right in the back yard. Again called them up and talked to GREG the rude guy and explained the extra problems we found and he Black mailed me to change my review or they will not come over and fix all problems the install team created, Total Pirates in the fence business, Who does that to customers? Zero customer service quality. Wiil have ALL COUNTIES FENCE fix all the problems and mistakes, they do a much better quality of Fence and Service. They are better priced also.

The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed.
