Go ahead, google her name. She worked in automotive sales prior to opening Executive Care. Here's what the company states: "We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and never lock you into a contract. If you are not completely satisfied with the care we provide and if for any reason you want to change a caregiver, we will do so at no charge until you are completely satisfied!" NOT TRUE. I wish I could post pictures of the workers smoking in the patient's home. Workers are more like bad babysitters with NO experience with Alzheimer patients. There is no interaction with the elderly. You call Cathy and she doesn't answer nor does she return calls. So how can you tell her you are not satisfied if you can't even speak with her?! This is also (in part) of what the main office/corporate has on their FB page: "Simply put, you should avoid companies with bevvies of bad reviews or high-profile lawsuits-neither of which you'll find attached to the Executive Care brand name." Part of this is true. YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The nursing staff genuinely cares about the residents and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality care. Each staff member takes the time to build meaningful relationships, not only with the residents but also with their families. That personal connection made a tremendous difference for our family and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. The care conferences were extremely informative and well-organized. The team--including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Admissions, and the Business Office--was knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. Every conversation reflected a shared commitment to putting the resident first. My family and I researched many facilities offering rehabilitation, assisted living, and long-term skilled nursing care, and we are confident that we made the best choice. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care, communication, and support provided by the entire team at Church of Christ.

Therapy staff are good and was more helpful, everyday staff is horrible. I had my grandmother in this facility only because it's where she chose to go and we debated many times to have her removed. They are unhelpful and hard to get any help from. All I ever seen was them sitting and playing on their phones. She would push her help button and no one ever came, they claimed it worked until we said something enough about it to where they realized it wasn't working and needed replaced. (I also strongly believe they shut them off on them) They're not helpful when it comes to feeding time, they never help brush their teeth, terrible with any bathing time or cleaning someone up. I asked for napkins for her and was told "go to the kitchen" (with no direction to where that kitchen may be) also got ignored there. So kitchen staff are no better. We requested a doctor to come look at her up to five times bc she was in pain and not once did they have someone come check her out. I also feel medication wasn't given properly. They talk shit about their patients. People get older and can be hard to handle, I know staff can be short but it's no excuse to be a shitty, non-compassionate human being. You're not in the right profession if you can't be professional, patient, respectful and kind. Anyone who has anymore stars than two with decent reviews may have just gotten lucky or your family member just complied enough to where it didn't piss them off. If they're a bit difficult I guarantee they talk all kinds of shit about them. (probably you also) Everyday I wish I was never in an accident that hurt my back so I had been able to care for her myself. This definitely would have not been my choice for her nor would it ever be a choice for any other member of my family at any future given time. What a shame.
