Ok I have thos business a 5 start when 1st started. Now 6 months in they suck. I need a portable oxygen they offer 22 lb monster. After 4 months They now say I need new prescription and 6 min walk. it has been 4 weeks since we put in for a scooter console and im told it would be ordered on july 6th 2026 and it will take an additional 2 to 4 weeks to get , but i was told they have it in the warehouse. then they will schedule for mobility scooter repair, asked prefferred homecare who to speak with in there company to file a complaint and was told to call my insurance, this place is horrible, politicians need to shut this place down and find a better company for us patients to deal with. shame on you preffered homecare, you should be embarrased to work for that company. read more

If I could I would give it a "0"!!! No matter what it is that we have had to request from Preferred they have complicated things to the point where we have actually just gone to a store to buy certain supplies or have a wheel on a wheelchair fixed. One of my daughters needs her wheelchair and when no one will come and fix it you do what needs to be done. Now I am dealing with another child who needs ostomy supplies and instead of telling me up front what I need to get from the doctor it has been something new every single tie I call to ask about the order. Why can they not give me the list of what is needed from the doctor and I can go and tell them what they need. But no, every day they will say yes you got this but now we need this!!!!! I know I have written before about our power wheelchair and the 2 years it took to fix it. I really am hoping to find another supply company. read more

If you can, go elsewhere! We were sent here for durable medical equipment. The employees at this company are rude, unhelpful and uncaring...and that is when you are fortunate enough to get them to answer their phone calls. We had a hospital bed from them. The bed had multiple dangerous problems, including non-functional brakes, gaps that caused safety issues, lack of full function. Appointments for delivery (and repair) were not honored (with arrival times many hours beyond what was arranged). When we asked for the bed to be repaired or replaced, we were told that "all of the beds are the same" and that we should buy rubber stoppers or carpet to wedge under the wheels. I spoke to the manager once, who seemed responsive and came out once, but then never followed up (including not replying to 2 other messages left for him). They used HIPAA in order to avoid work (like sending blank forms via email--not a HIPAA violation) or informing us of delivery date. Their phone system doesn't allow someone to reach a supervisor, and typical wait times were about 15 minutes or more. When physicians are aware of poor reputation of a company, that is very telling. Believe the reviews and find another provider if you possibly can. read more

AWFUL!!! They have over 120 negative reviews with the BBB. My father has been trying to get his CPAP machine, that Medicare paid for, for over 3 months. They don't answer the phone. They do not respond to messages. They do not answer the door. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. My dads quality of life is greatly diminished because he can't sleep without the, Dr prescribed CPAP machine. Did I mention that Medicare already paid Preferred Homecare for the machine? My dad is also the sole care provider for my mom who is in a wheelchair. They know all of this and they don't care. They don't care even a little bit. This is about Preferred Homecare in Kingman, AZ. Nothing, but aggravation dealing with these people every time I need a new walker. You can't even contact them locally and every time you call you get connected to another office and all they can do is send them an email, which never works. This time I finally got a new walker approved after almost a month and when I got there, they brought out a smaller walker, when a large walker was needed. "VERY UPSETING"! I had a sleep study and found I need a CPAP machine. It was dropped off with incorrect mtls. I could not use it. Everywhere I turned led me the wrong place. Preferred homecare was rude and unhelpful. Refused to assist me in any way. I don't know what their purpose is, they do not.care about the customer or their service and make zero effort of assist in fitting or getting supplies. My health and success was not on their priority list. Do your best to steer clear of this company if it is in any way possible. I would give fewer stars and use harsher words but I don't see the point. I should that after almost 3 months of trying to make an appt, offering to bypass insurance and pay for it myself their rep phones me before 10.am on a Sunday to tell me I had been disqualified and disconnected. She said I need a new sleep study and would have to start over. All because THEY did not deliver correctly. read more

Ordering and receiving CPAP supplies is not a timely process with this company. You have to order over the phone, and I have no idea where this branch is located. I've had nothing but trouble, rudeness and delays ever since I started using them. The last order I received didn't even have an invoice included with the supplies. Most of the other CPAP suppliers have bad ratings so I feel like I'm stuck with Preferred. Please don't misunderstand; the local company and staff in Las Vegas respond in a timely manner, they're courteous and helpful. Awful experience dealing with this company! My mom has been trying to get supplies for over a month now. She has been multiple calls and been given the run around. The Drs orders have needed to sent multiple times. She is being told that supplies are on back order but the corporate office says there is no shortage of supplies available. read more

they suck at everything. they lost my sleep study. i have been waiting since 2019 for a cpap. they lied to and blamed my dr. saying he wasnot cooperating with them for requests. blame every one but themselves. i gave them 34 pages my entire sleep study and still refused to cooperate and blamed my primary care dr. again. i had to take another sleep study again and i am still waiting for their cooperation. im stuck with them because of humana ins. they could be costing me years off my life by dening me this neccecery medical device. they have a monoply going on here. read more

Still waiting for pulse ox sensor for an infant as we was given adult finger sensors (does not work for a baby) will find different providers these ppl care nothing for a baby I bet even less for an adult or senior!!!!! read more
