He was a pleasure to work with. His work on site and research prior is precise and thorough. His research for the job was complete; doing all computations w/ all deeds, quick deeds attached to current deeds and previous survey maps involved. (To mention just the part of his process I'm aware of) He had a professional polite friendly disposition when talking w neighbors as needed. He used the research coupled w his equipment to find the corner points of the property line. He found the preexisting corner markers, even the one which was buried from flooding.
