I hired Jonathan Construction to remodel my entire Master Bathroom. This included demolition of the entire bathroom and rebuilding it from the ground up. They went to work after I picked out and purchased all of the materials. I am completely satisfied with the results and I get many complements for the workmanship of the entire project. This included tile work for the floor and shower, new vanity and countertop, mirror, shower head, and a new frameless shower door. Interestingly this bathroom was not constructed with a door, so I opted to get a pocket door installed. His crew tore down the existing drywall wall and installed a brand new pocket door. I was pleased because the pocket door saves space. The crew rebuilt the drywall as well as the drywall in the bathroom. I also upgraded from florescent lights to recessed lights and an upgraded blower. I am impressed with the entire job, but I'm most impressed with the workmanship of the tile work that was installed. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They called the night before to confirm everything, which was nice. I leave work (midday) to be there for them and NOBODY showed up. Not a single call to say anything. I called and left a message, then, as recommended, I texted (for faster reply, they say) and NOTHING. I cannot say anything about their craftsmanship, but this is a good indication of what to expect. -------------------------------------------- UPDATE - Mike called me -- after seeing this review -- to say that his guy had called me an hour prior to the appointment. I confirmed about the missed call from the number he provided, but nobody left me a message, so, I did not know who had called. He said that the person did go to my house and nobody answered the door. This part gets a little gray, as we were home. My spouse was home ALL day; however, he did not call again to check why we were not answering the door. It amazes me that someone drives all the way to Corona to hit a closed door and does not call to see why we were not answering the door. Mike states that it was miscommunication. read more

KG remodeled and added an addition to my home last year. They were amazing with the scheduling and the attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and seamless. They worked well with all the additional tradesmen I had brought in and helped with any change orders I requested along the way. They were responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. It was extremely helpful having them available during the inspections in working with the city and the architect in resolving any issues the inspectors brought up. The addition included adding on to both the rear of the home, a new laundry room with a hidden door and a clear height garage for my auto lift. During the process a lot of new technology products were used for the first time as during the remodel I updated the the home to some state of the art features. We also did a complete new roof and had have the Solar provider remove and reinstall the solar system. It was fantastic to watch how Mike coordinated everything so that everyone worked as a seamless team. This was not my first project, in fact this is my 45th project so I definitely have someone to compare them to and as a seasoned Realtor and investor I do know what to look for. read more

We had several appointments with this company and others to get bids to expand our home. After meeting with Mike we felt confident in his design ideas and wanted to move forward. After some thought we wanted to wait to build but decided to go ahead and get the blue prints as the project manager Sean had suggested so we can know what is possible. We gave a checked to Sean and a few days later someone came out to take measurements. Sean stated he was going on vacation 1 month and someone will schedule a conference call to get the blue prints going. This all took place in August and now it is December and NO ONE has contacted us! I have left 3 messages with the "answering service" who keeps telling me they will leave a message for the office. I told the last person who took my message that I will leave a bad Yelp review and then maybe someone will call me back. We were looking at spending 150k for another story on our house you would think there would be some follow through. Now I just want my small deposit back.
