Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

Quix seriously saved me on a cold winter night after my very heavy EV broke down. It couldn't leave…read morePark (no neutral), so it had to be pulled onto the trailer with a winch and sleds. Hyundai originally sent AAA out to try to tow me, but they didn't have the sleds required to move my car. I called Hyundai back and they sent out Quix towing. I wish they had done so from the beginning. First of all, they had everything needed to pull me onto the trailer. Secondly, and perhaps best of all, they were easily the most friendly tow company I've ever worked with. This was no ordinary tow company; it was a family owned company -- a husband and wife with two really friendly boys. We had a fun conversation while they worked and got the car onto the trailer. I'm actually really gonna miss hanging out with them. They were super respectful of my car, and they got it to Hyundai quickly and safely. They even offered to give me a ride home, though I didn't need it. I just wanna say thank you SO MUCH for all you did. I will absolutely be asking for Quix by name if I ever need another tow.
