I understand it's up to me to know where to park, but $295 is a huge hit to my wallet with no warning. They responded, saying the signage is clear, but there is not a sign by the park, even though there are signs in other places in the neighborhood. What really crossed the line for me was their handling of my vehicle. They asked for my keys under the pretense of locating the registration, but then proceeded to go through my car without my clear permission. This felt like a complete violation of privacy. There was no transparency, no respect, and no effort to communicate what they were doing or why. Customers deserve to feel that their property is being treated with care and integrity, that was absolutely not the case here. If you have to deal with this company, be very cautious and make sure you understand exactly what they intend to do before handing anything over. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again.
