I've quit smoking 2 years ago from starting to vape. I've drove by preferred vapes many times. So one day desided to stop in. Got a Vapor starter kit. And the rest is history. Have not had a cigarette since. This place has gave me the opportunity to kick the habit, and proud. They have everything you need from the e-juice, to coils, tanks, batteries, Everyone that works hear is so nice and is always willing to work with you for what ever you need to vape with. This Vape shop has a fantastic hardware selection and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I've been in 3 or 4 times now and would have no problem going back. On one trip I had them rebuild my micro coils for my mechanical and they did an immaculate job for $4. I tried a few liquids (they have a good variety of both house and vendor liquids) and haven't yet found my sweet spot from their offers. I felt the need to update since I initially came to Preferred. They have definitely stepped up their service game, I assume after many complaints. Since I gave them a few months and returned again, the people in the store have gotten more knowledgeable and more helpful. They've started releasing new juices that are only getting better, specifically their Sub-Ohm line. Silly Wabbit is a must for people who like cereal flavours. Their decent selection of premium juices from other people is increasing as well, which is definitely a selling point for the shop. I will say that the store (and its fanbase's) superiority, holier than thou complex in BCVC is really disgusting and not at all welcoming. Quick to jump on people who don't like /every single thing/ about their shop or juice and ban them from the group, as Preferred has people on the "board of directors" of said group. Pretty childish and ridiculous, and it reflects EXTREMELY poorly on an otherwise good store. read more

I decided to check out Preferred Vapor on a whim. I went in with my wife, and was impressed at how nice the cape lounge itself is. After speaking with a lovely salesgirl, my wife and I decided to purchase a Snoop Dogg G Pen. We had a little problem with it, and went back there a few days later. One of the guys behind the counter came out to help us, and he even fixed the paen while we waited. I definitely recommend this place :-) read more

I have purchased from Preferred Vapor numerous times over the past couple years. Until now I was satisfied with their service. Preferred Vapor now refuses to support US military members stationed overseas! They claim it's the shipping software the FDA mandates they use, but being deployed on a base with hundreds of people who vape, nobody has any issues reviving orders from any other store governed by the FDA. They claim the software won't allow shipment to international addresses but deployed military addresses are US post offices located in the US that then distribute the mail through the militaries system. PV just simply does not support the US military plain and simple. read more

When they first opened this shop was the shop to be at but as went on it got quieter and quieter, now I don't know if they its under new management or what but it's always dead (or at least when I go). The people who work there seem to not care about the customers anymore and act as if they're better then everyone else, God forbid if you ask them a question or just try and have a simple little conversation. It's like forcing a teenager to clean their room. They no longer carry brand name E juices and their house blends aren't even that good anymore (they used to be amazing) and forget about trying to buy an authentic atty because it seems like all they have are clones and low end RDA's. Over all I've stopped going their because of the employee's, they're lazy and act like their shit don't stink with crap E juice. I would recommend for vapors to go else where. There are plenty of other vape shops in the area that will make you feel welcomed and are far more knowledgeable than this place! read more

Just went here for the first time. I have to say my experience was excellent. I wanted to check out their juice. I've been vaping for a little over a year and quit smoking doing it. They had some great flavors and great prices on juice. I wasn't in the market for equipment so I didn't really look at equipment prices. The thing I liked best is the staff. About 3 brand new people came in for an alternative to smoking near where I was sitting. I found the staff very welcoming and I thought they handled the newcomers fabulously. I was impressed. I've been in shops that seemed like a clique of 20-somethings and as a middle aged person, felt uncomfortable in those places. I think these folks know how to work well with all customers. Jason rocks, Bruce was ok, but they did sell me 2 bad units. one was a misinformed sale, the 2nd was a poor product malfunction. both issues taken care of, will be returning, excellent environment thus far, friendly & huge selection big space, crap parking though, you have to park sometimes further away because it's on some bullcrap main road. prices could also be better, but it's a brick and mortar, someone has to pay the employees and the damn state tax suck machine. read more

Buyer Beware. The girl that waited on me sold me the wrong product for my vape pipe and now I cant return it. I asked twice if it was the right product and was told yes. Well someone does not know her job very will and I am out $25. If you buy from them make sure they open the products first without paying because if it dont work you just bought it. I have had it with Preferred Vapor! Not only do they have a total disregard for customer satisfaction, they also don't think they should be held accountable when they make a mistake. I am not a VAPE expert, so when I ask for assistance I am relying on getting the correct product I need. I am out $25.00 because of a mistake that an employee made and they are refusing to refund me. Nice business practices, their mistake was compared to me buying the wrong brand of cigarettes, not a very good comparison .So not only are they rude, some seem very uneducated. I was extremely disappointed with my recent trip to Preferred Vapor. As a local, I wanted to support a local business, rather than make my purchases online. However, I was sorely disappointed with the level of customer service. While I was greeted when I entered, it wasn't welcoming or enthusiastic. Even when I was helped, the man seemed put out that he had to speak to me. I paid and waited for my juice, which is fine. But the contrast of the level of service was clear when another customer, one who had obviously been in before, entered. He was greeted warmly and with enthusiasm. I work in customer service - you can't pick and choose your favorites - because you want new customers to feel like they've been coming in for years, not like they're a bother. I even expressed to the guy that it was my first time there - and that I lived locally, hoping that he'd be friendlier, and it didn't work. Their juice itself was great. I'm happy with the flavor and results. However, it's not really better than some of the other stores I've gone to. Just on par with the competitors (which isn't a negative, it's something I'm glad of). I can see myself going back, when I'm in a pinch, but I don't see myself making it my regular vape shop. Maybe if I have a better experience next time, I'll shop there more often. But for now, I'll frequent other stores. read more

Awesome experience. I like many keep falling off the wagon when it comes to being a non smoker. A friend got a vape and I recently tried it and found it was pretty close to the real thing. After reading reviews and what not I stopped by and bought my first vape. I was immediately helped and the guy helping me was very informative and helped me pick the device and juice. He showed me step by step how to use it and signed me up for their rewards program. An overall great experience-I would highly recommend checking this place out. read more

I'm so over the constant drama of shopping here. I feel trapped because they are one of the only places I can find 1.5 nic. This morning I used my points to order some juice to hold me over till pay day when I usually get my big bottle. I have been ordering from them on and off for two years now. So then I get an email saying my order has been canceled because my age verification didn't go through... I've been in there many times and the last time I had my husband pick up my order he had to show them my ID for the file and they told us we are fine for now and it was on record for the online ordering. Now I'm being told I can't do online ordering because their age verification flags me as a minor (I'm over double the age of an 18 year old)so how the heck am I supposed to use my points? This is absurd.. they should just let you use the points in the store or something. Bad customer service when I tried to talk to her on the phone she just tried giving me a number for an outside service for their age verification and telling me what I was asking was illegal.
