In today's tech driven world, something as simple as updating your Google Business profile with "Hours may vary," temporarily changing your hours, or posting a notice on your social media could have prevented customers from wasting time and money. While we waited for another Lyft, multiple people from a large conference I was attending showed up expecting the restaurant to be open. Even more heartbreaking was watching an older couple arrive on foot, one of whom was blind and relying on a guide, only to find a locked door. As someone who intentionally supports Black owned businesses whenever I can, this was genuinely disappointing. I wanted to spend my money here. My hope is that the owners take this as constructive feedback because customer service begins long before someone places an order. Communication is part of the experience. A few simple improvements could make a huge difference: *Keep Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and delivery platforms updated with accurate hours. * If closing unexpectedly, post the update across all platforms as soon as possible. * Leave a clearly visible sign that one doesn't have to squint and get out of a car to read with the "reason" for the closure and the date and time you'll reopen. No reason being listed was more frustrating. * Pin the closure announcement to social media so customers see it before making the trip. * Consider enabling voicemail with updated hours for customers who call ahead. I truly hope to return one day and actually experience the food. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit ended before it ever began! DO BETTER!

Like many who have reviewed this business, or "Italian Brothers Pizza", we were tempted by placing…read morean order due to a flier being under our door in the hotel we were staying at while visiting Walt Disney World. We told ourselves when we get back from a late night at Magic Kingdom, we would order since the price seemed good based on the amount of food you receive. When we got back to our hotel, we initiated a casual conversation with the guy who was at the front desk and mentioned the flier under our door. He immediately cautioned us not to order from there as there have been multiple guests who have complained about either (a) not getting their order, or (b) having their credit card scammed as a result. He also said food that did show up was often incorrect or undercooked causing food poisoning. He mentioned that the hotel has attempted prosecution multiple times and also said that Orlando PD was involved in the investigation. He said to play it safe by ordering Dominos, especially since they deliver until 3am. We thanked him for the advice and upon coming back to our room, started to research this business to find that everything he told us was true. I would STRONGLY encourage everyone to avoid this business or any business in which this phone number is affiliated with (could be off by a digit or two).
