We went through my likes and dislikes and any foods that I am allergic to or need to stay away from! She was well knowledgeable about nutrition and assured me she would be able to work around my restrictions, which I was nervous about because I can be pretty picky at times with what I eat! I hired her for a trial and was very impressed with her timeliness, cleanliness, and how professional she was! Most importantly though I really LOVED her food, she even got me to adjust quickly to a timed plan that worked well with my crazy schedule and made changes when and where I needed them! If there was something I did not like she at least got me to try it and if I still didn't like it she would make changes! I was shocked because usually with past Chefs they didn't care for making changes on a whim! After the trial had ended I decided to hire Chef Victoria and since then I am proud to say I have lost 30lbs in about 3 months and my Doctor is super happy too!
