I sent pictures of the tiles on the floor, couches. I never received any type of response from them. When I call during business hours, they will not answer. They don't have a physical address where I can go talk to them. I am not able to get any help or pay for someone to remove the 2x4s. The tiles that fell are damaged. My home looks a mess.
