Subject: Feedback Regarding Appointment Experience on 9/19/25 (Marysville, OH location) We are writing to share our disappointment with the service and treatment we experienced today, 9/19/25. Our appointment was scheduled on 8/21/25 by Angel for 10:15 am with Dr. Dang. We arrived on time, but the experience was not handled professionally. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a dismissive manner by the receptionist, Hailly. After waiting 15 minutes, Wendi asked if we had an appointment, explaining that none was showing in the schedule. Hailly was asked to look into the issue but stated her computer was not working properly. Ten minutes later, she abruptly told us we had canceled the appointment, which was untrue. When the situation became tense, Wendi intervened, directed Hailly to enter our information, and ensured we were able to see Dr. Dang as originally planned. While we appreciate Wendi's professionalism and the excellent care we received from Dr. Dang, the way Hailly handled the situation left us extremely dissatisfied. Because of this experience, we would be hesitant to return; however, the positive interactions with Wendi and Dr. Dang may encourage us to reconsider in the future. read more

Not open until 7. Nurse was rude about it and had doors locked at 6:45 even though the website and door both said open until 7. The reason was that they have to "wait with a patient for 25 minutes after their shot" even though no nurse has ever waited with me after a shot for the year I have been getting them. Hard to get here after work and get a shot when they close so early. Would be great if they could cater their hours to people with jobs and families. read more

my husband was a patient for just over a year, receiving allergy shots weekly. After not getting an appointment with his original doctor, and seeing a CNP, we went to another allergist. His shots did not reduce his allergic reactions. The new allergist told us he should not have been getting the shots as one of his medications could cause a fatal reaction. Premeir Allergy is a shot mill, just taking insurance money from as many as possible. We would advise everyone to run away as fast as you can from this practice. read more

When I moved from to Ohio, I got very bad allergies. I tried all kind of allergy meds, Zyrtec, Claritin, Benadryl, etc. but at the end, it did not help that much. I found Premier Allergy on yelp and I gave them a shot, knowing that there is probably no quick fix to my problem. At first, I was hesitant because the nature of the treatment is quite different from a traditional, western medicine approach. Having said this, there is no medical treatment, alternative or not, that can claim 100% results. I have to report that after 3 treatments I am much better. My allergies have almost completely disappeared. I highly recommend them. read more

I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone with allergies of all kinds. The nurses and front office staff have always been professional, personable & eager to help in any way. My kids go to the office as well. Dr. Patel has always taken time to listen to any and all concerns, never making feel rushed or bothersome, even tho I'm always full of questions. I actually underwent Cluster, which is an accelerated allergy shot program and it's the first year I can mow my lawn without being a completely miserable mess when I'm done. It's truly life changing. Premier Allergy & Asthma - Awesome waiting room! - Allergists Near Me - Dublin, Ohio

My experience was a nightmare. 5 minutes after leaving the office after the skin test. I started itching. The last row she pricked on my arm was itching on my way home. After my 40 minute ride home my arm had a row of raised bumps I had to wait aweek to see them again in Grove city. They are only in grove city one day a week. I showed them my arm, and the spots were still visible. I also showed the pics on my phone. The made me go for bloodwork trying to cover their mistake. My insurance oaid a lot. i got no answer except lies. I now know that those itching whelps meant Allergies to 5 things. No relief . no help. And got a bill for over $600 I will get an attorney before i pay them any more money. read more

I really had a good enjoyable experience here getting allergy shots. The whole staff is very professional towards me and helpful in my treatment towards my asthma which is a plus too. I had a terrible experience with my previous allergist who just changed hours didn't tell me and then laughed at me said to suck it up and make it to their new hours. So I searched and came across premier and it was night and day. I even found out my old allergist was not treating me for all my allergies. So I went and got retested and I found out there was a lot that was getting missed in my shots I was getting. They gave me three options to start treatment with. I went and decided to go ahead with cluster shots. I know with fall coming I wanted to get as far as possible in the shots so I don't have to repeat as much from the previous allergist since I literally wasted a year with them. The front desk was super cool as well because I had to call three times to change appointments due to work obligations and they were so nice and professional. I am really glad I chose to come here and very happy that I'm finally going to get through these allergy shots after what seems like never. I am super thankful. The doctor did not show up for my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 A.M. at their Hilliard location. They sent multiple emails and text messages reminding me about the appointment, and I confirmed the appointment date, time, and location every time I received the reminders. I arrived at 7:00 this morning and their office was closed. I later spoke to their front office who said that the office was closed and they had left me a voicemail three weeks ago. It's contradictory that they supposedly left a voicemail and canceled the appointment and then reminded me about the appointment several times and told me I had to give 72 hours if I wanted to cancel the appointment. I do not recommend this office because they confirmed the appointment and then did not show up. read more

I've been coming here to the Dublin location from Cleveland now for about 2 years, today was no exception of their superior standard of customer service. They save me time off work with their flexible hours and locations, and they are very thorough from check in to check out, insuring I'm informed all the way. I went to Premier for a skin test. I asked about specific medications I could and couldn't take before. I was not sent a list of medicines to avoid. When I got there I was told I wasn't able to take the test. but wait a minute, she'd check. She left me in the room for 20 minutes, I went out to find them. The NP said I could have blood test instead. She didn't discuss the pros and cons of blood test vs skin test. She wasn't friendly and seemed irritated with me for saying I thought they forgot about me. I had blood test. At second visit the nurse taking my information asked about medications. Even though I brought a long list of all my medicines on the first visit, strength, how often I take, she only recorded a few. I hadn't brought the list again, so I couldn't provide all the information. I talked to Dr. Patel who said they didn't get the results of my blood test. I almost walked out, but I did have a nice talk with Dr. Patel. She said she would have given me a test on the first day to determine if I could have the skin test and it would have been accurate. She said the blood test wasn't as accurate and didn't test as many things. Now I have to go back again for skin test. I did like Dr Patel, but since at least 3 of the other people I talked to (person scheduling appointment, nurse on first visit, NP) seem incompetent and/or rude, I will not be going back. I called several days later to see if they got the results of the blood test and she said no and she could get the lab to fax the results. I asked what happened a few days before when they called to get the results? She said she wasn't working then and didn't know. I think it should have been in my patient file. She also seem irritated I asked. Horrible experience all around. read more

Like a lot of people I'm naturally nervous when I'm around doctors and inside medical clinics. But I knew that I needed to resolve a question mark in my medical history as to whether I am (or am not) allergic to penicillin and sulfate drugs. With all the stories about antibiotic resistant germs I felt it was something that I needed to know one way or the other in case I had a need for those drugs in the future. So I went into Premier Allergy in Dublin for a consultation. The office reception is nice, modern and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly in taking my details and getting me to fill out a form. After a very short wait a nurse took my weight and blood pressure and asked me a number of questions regarding the reason for my visit before she had me wait for the doctor. Dr. Andrew Dang soon arrived with an assistant and looked at my vital statistics: checked my throat, ears, and heartbeat. That wasn't something I expected - since I was there to discuss a potential allergy to some medicines not basic health issues - but was glad he did. We spoke about the reason for my visit and he asked a number of questions (like why did I think had an allergy to penicillin and sulfate drugs) and he advised me that I only needed to check for a potential allergy to penicillin since the class of drugs under penicillin are more powerful than sulfate drugs in the event of a future infection. I thought his advice was excellent and his manner friendly, reassuring and professional. I will carefully consider his advice before proceeding to the next step. It was with some regret that I am compelled to write this negative review.  I would not recommend anyone I know or even anyone I don't know to use this practice. I had some of the most awful and traumatizing experiences at Premier Allergy over the past several months.  With each succeeding visit,  I was left asking myself why I continue to come here.   Unfortunately for me, the next visit was worse than the last one! I experienced nurses giving patients too high doses of their allergy shots and then calling it an accident and down playing down the significance.  I listened to medical professionals (if you want to refer to them as "professional") talking loudly for all present in the office to hear about the worst reactions they have seen in patients from cluster shots, and how overwhelming it is when 3 people have reactions at the same time. While receiving treatment from this practice, I certainly did not feel comfortable at any point. Most recently, I had two reactions to my shot given by the same nurse. These specific shots hurt far more than any of the others given by different nurses and I was told it was just the dose. The nurse seemed to me to be inexperienced. When I reacted both times, the nurse practitioner claimed it "wasn't a true reaction" and told the RN not to document it on the form you sign when you leave. I'm not sure what it was then... I have pictures of what my body looked like.  It was obviously the result of the shot I received or how it was given.  Part of my reaction was the development of a cough while in the shot room. I regret not recording how bad the cough sounded. Not to mention when I reacted both times, I was coughing loudly and repeatedly and not one medical professional came out to the waiting room to ask if I was okay. You would think if they ask you twice when you arrive if you are feeling okay and no cough, or fever beforehand, that they would similarly check on you when you can't stop coughing afterward! I got to my car after this first reaction and couldn't believe how red and blotchy my face and neck were. I am not sure how they allowed me to leave looking like that. Clearly I was reacting. On a separate occasion, I was also given permission to leave an entire hour early from one appointment. Thank goodness I didn't not have a reaction that day! I don't think the nurse had any idea she let me go way too early. I believe the timer went off for a different patient and they once again, lacked necessary to attention to detail that becomes a material safety issue for those they treat. After these issues along with a list that could continue on for several more paragraphs, I have reached the decision to move on to a different allergy practice, that is concerned about me and my safety.  Premier Allergy needs to get its act together before someone REALLY has a life threatening reaction and is compelled to report them to the appropriate licensing agency. read more

My experience at Premier Allergy so far has been excellent. I developed seasonal allergies in my early 30s and they have gotten worse every year. I finally went in and got tested and learned I was actually allergic to many things. The best part was I got my results the same day as my test. I am getting ready to begin rush immunotherapy and I'm looking forward to feeling better! The staff went above and beyond to explain the process and also had really well produced videos to explain everything. I also appreciate that I have not had a long wait for my appointments. The entire staff, from the front desk to the Drs and Nurse practitioner, were very friendly and extremely professional. This was my first visit to an Allergist so I was very nervous about the skin test. They put me at ease about the test by explaining what would happen and answering any questions I asked. I would give them zero stars. Total rip-off. I chose the place because my former allergist moved there, but they did not pair me with him (despite my mentioning him). Some assistant comes in for the initial test on my back. I know from past experience that I have allergies, so I am surprised that absolutely nothing showed on the first test. I swear, there was no serum or whatever they use on the little things they touch your skin with. So they offer a more invasive test where they inject a little allergen into my arm. They tell me this is all covered by my insurance. Suddenly I now have a reaction to pretty much everything (including dogs, which I had never been allergic to...but not horses or rabbits, which I have always been allergic to confirmed by the numerous tests from my former allergy testing). At this point, I haven't seen a doctor. Finally someone else comes in who still isn't a doctor (maybe an NP, but definitely not a MD or DO). Now comes the sales pitch on all the allergy services they offer. I feel like I am at a used car lot and they are trying to sell me extended warranties. Again, they tell me it is 100% covered by my insurance. I ask if my husband can give me allergy shots, like he used to when I tried the shots. They say no...rather they want me to pay $20 a visit, one visit a week. Forget that. Fast forward several weeks and I get a bill...I was charged 2-3 times in total by them (at least 2...the initial co-pay and other $50+ bill for other services that includes another $20 copay on top of my $40 already paid copay!) I will not be back. I hate how healthcare has become one big sales pitch. Find another allergist and avoid this place! read more

When I first walked in, only 3 chairs were open to sit and I thought "great, this will be a nice wait." To my surprise it went very fast. She went well above & beyond to figure out what is causing my reaction. They took time to call the company who made the product and requested a list of items used to create it. Also she is calling the doctor office that referenced me there to request the other brands to find their products as well. They were so friendly and more than helpful. update: Since the dr. responded to my review, I wrote to the link that was provided. I explained the whole situation to him and gave him my email address and suggested he look at my file so he could see everything (my phone number was in my file) if he wanted to get in touch with me to discuss my problem with his practice. I have not heard a word. So, I can only take it that he posted his remarks to make himself look good. If he really wanted to "do right for me" he could have followed through with contacting me. I received another bill a few days later so...My opinion hasn't changed and I would never recommend going to Premier Allergy. read more

Seems my opinions are similar to others already posted. I knew I was allergic to something but could not identify what. Spent over $1000 for Premier Allergy standard test and was told I am not allergic to anything. Took hours of internet searching to realize that the standard test only includes 8 most common allergen categories. The internet also told me to do food elimination tests. Finally figured out I was allergic to coffee. Seems the doctors at Premier Allergy could've taught me the elimination test and even made suggestions outside their standard test. What a complete waste of money and time. read more

My doctor referred me to Premier Allergy due to an allergic reaction to a medication. I showed them pictures of the allergic reaction and explained it to them, and they proceeded to test me for their usual seasonal allergies. Now, my insurance company and I have been billed almost $1,300 and the only information I received was to not take that medication if I know that I have a reaction. Do not go to this practice unless you are only looking for seasonal allergy testing. read more

I walked in at 7:30AM Monday morning after working a very long exhausting weekend and having Monday as my only day off. They gave me a paper documenting that I would owe them $1100 for the visit. I walked out. First, make sure the patient is aware of the cost of the appointment BEFORE showing up. That benefits both the patient and the office. That allows you to book another patient and me to spend my time looking for a different allergist....and perhaps sleeping in on my only day off. It is simple courtesy. Second, your receptionist said, "sorry" when she gave me the bill and said it's because of my deductible. I would argue that it's not MY deductible but your ridiculous charges. Tough one- the office experience and nursing staff was pretty lousy. The physician (when finally seen) is wonderful. Sounds like the phone number is staffed by a generic call center, who does nothing more than leave a message. Wait time was typically bad (even when first thing in the morning). They advertise as a "pediatric" allergist, but the staff testing my daughter had no idea how to engage with a well-behaved 4 year old. They later handed her an iPad to play with, but there were no games loaded on it and the nurse advised she "didn't know how to use it". Dr. Shah is fantastic.He paid attention to things that I did not, and offered great advice. Great with the kid too. Just not sure if I stay with this facility or not. read more

Don't recommend at all. The customer service is always rude and impatient. Like the other reviews comment, you never get the chance to see ACTUAL doctors but nurses only, which is ridiculous. Plus, the nurses don't explain things clearly and don't listen to patients' questions patiently. They come and go very fast, and look like they don't welcome you coming in. Had a really positive experience with Premiere Allergy, especially after I had tested positive for several allergies from a blood test, and then realized that they were false positives. My experience from the beginning with premier allergy was not a good one. It took calling them over 6 times for them to even answer the phone. When i finally did get to make an appointment i showed up and the girl at the desk had her personal headphones in for 2/3 of the conversation. After going back to the exam room the doctor called me "honey" and "kiddo" in literally every single sentence that she said to me. She was very condescending throughout the whole consultation and i will certainly not be returning. read more

I called to address some nasal problems. It took only a few days to be seen and I was walking out the door with a complete allergy report and an initial treatment plan. Adult allergies are not fun and the staff was able to give me answers as to why my nose was suddenly itchy and swollen. The facility is very nice and kept clean. I join the numerous others who are disappointed with Premier Allergy. My first visit was March 9, 2015. A nurse performed allergy testing for usual seasonal allergies. Then decided to do an additional test - "just to be sure". I walked out with a plastic cup and some tissues and was told I was allergic to mold. The bill for these services was $1,488. Not only did they not provide me with the results of my testing, but they charged me for an office consult by a physician named Shah Summit. There was no consultation with this doctor. I have sent 2 letters to the practice requesting medical records with no response, other than a voicemail saying that they are legally allowed to bill for a physician consult, even if the physician does not consult with the patient. I find this unacceptable. Just because a practice is "legal" does not make it appropriate. Hopefully the practice responds to my third request for medical records, which I will send to them today. read more

I have been going to Premier Allergy for 6 months now and it is the best decision I have made. I struggled with allergies for 19 years before deciding to try out shot treatment. Back in March I signed up for shot treatment and my symptoms are now nonexistent. They say they credit this to their push in using higher dosage, which is unlike any other allergist place I have heard of. What I love most about Premier is the flexibility. I can come in whenever it fits into my schedule Monday through Friday and I am always in and out quickly. The front desk girls and nurses always have smiling faces even on gloomy days. I would completely recommend Premier Allergy to anyone who is struggling with allergies. read more

Small, cramped office. Highly unorganized. I WOULD NOT recommend this place! You hear all the commercials and think it would be a good option for your family, think again!The nurse rushed my 6 yr old child through the skin testing and the "doctor" didn't seem very educated. The nurse kept questioning why we were there? Um, perhaps because our pediatrician recommended due to my son's constant stomach aches, congestion, cough, runny nose, ear infections, we suspected he had allergies? Why else would we be there. On top of all this, the doctor told the nurse to conduct both panels of testing, which includes food allergens. The nurse decided on her own accord, the food testing was not needed. She said if he had food allergies, we would already know because he would have experienced Anaphylaxis (I know this to be untrue because I am a nurse) Food allergies have many signs and symptoms not always leading to Anaphylactic shock. The doctor seemed surprised the nurse wouldn't follow her instructions. I should have been more vocal and spoke up. Then, the office proceeds to bill my insurance over $2500 which included the food testing! Now I get to fight with my insurance and refuse to pay for services that were not actually rendered! read more

Great experience with the staff and doc, but... I developed a case of excruciating pain (trigeminal nueuralgia) after starting the treatments and it went away after stopping g the treatments. After 4 months of MRI,MRA, cat scan, neurologist appointments and disabling pain, after the connection was made, I called in to see if I could report my case to the doc to help others who might encounter the same. But no response... Seemingly no interest and that is sad due to the expense and pain the client endured. So thankful that the pain is gone. Would never wish that on anyone.
