Our appointment was scheduled on 8/21/25 by Angel for 10:15 am with Dr. Dang. We arrived on time, but the experience was not handled professionally. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a dismissive manner by the receptionist, Hailly. After waiting 15 minutes, Wendi asked if we had an appointment, explaining that none was showing in the schedule. Hailly was asked to look into the issue but stated her computer was not working properly. Ten minutes later, she abruptly told us we had canceled the appointment, which was untrue. When the situation became tense, Wendi intervened, directed Hailly to enter our information, and ensured we were able to see Dr. Dang as originally planned. While we appreciate Wendi's professionalism and the excellent care we received from Dr. Dang, the way Hailly handled the situation left us extremely dissatisfied. Because of this experience, we would be hesitant to return; however, the positive interactions with Wendi and Dr. Dang may encourage us to reconsider in the future.

His shots did not reduce his allergic reactions. The new allergist told us he should not have been getting the shots as one of his medications could cause a fatal reaction. Premeir Allergy is a shot mill, just taking insurance money from as many as possible. We would advise everyone to run away as fast as you can from this practice.

Was a patient of Abner Bagentose who retired. NONE of his practice partners made any room in their…read moreschedules to absorb his patients. We were treated like a new patient. So I chose to move to Dr. Scott Bagentose (the son). The timeline to get an appointment as a new patient is 1 year out. Currently their scheduling for may/june/July of 2020 (it is October 2019) no matter the doctor or the office. So I had to find another practice because this practice can't manage the patient volume. To transfer, I need a referral from the treating physician. Called Dr Scotts nurse explaining the situation and asking for the referral. In fact, I left SEVERAL messages over the course of 30 days. She NEVER returned my call. I finally called into the office and spoke to her on the phone, explained the situation to which she said "we are not going to refer you to our competitor". WHAT? Without the referral I cannot get medical treatment for my allergies. I can't get an appointment from this office anytime soon either. I literally lost it on the phone. This is THE MOST UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I've ever experience. Dr Abner Bagentose would be appalled if he knew. I reported them to the state medical board. Avoid this place at all costs!!

The nurse who performed the test was very friendly and offered sound advice on unnecessary tests when I asked a few questions. The doctor that came in to explain the results and treatments smelled horribly of BO (which I smelled while being led to my exam room through the entire office), but being enclosed in a small exam room was hard to concentrate on what he was explaining to me. He also never called in a script that he said he would do. All that led me to look for treatment elsewhere.

Office staff was rude more often than nice, and if I had to do it all again, I would have just driven a little further to go to Ohio ENT.

I was a patient of Michael Martyn, MD, and my experience with his care was extremely disappointing…read moreand concerning. My first visit was in December 2025. When Dr. Martyn entered the room, his appearance and demeanor immediately raised concerns about professionalism. I explained in detail that my ears retain moisture, which causes frequent wax buildup and infections. I also explained that my father and I share this condition and that his ENT successfully prescribed Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, which had also worked for me in the past. I specifically requested this medication. Instead, Dr. Martyn prescribed an antibiotic containing amoxicillin, despite my medical chart clearly stating that I am allergic to penicillin. Because of this error, it took two weeks for a replacement prescription to be sent. I took the antibiotic for 28 days, during which there was no improvement in my infection, and the left side of my face became swollen. When I contacted the office again to request the Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, I was told Dr. Martyn wanted me to come back in for another visit. My second appointment was in early January 2026. During this visit, it became clear that Dr. Martyn had not reviewed my chart thoroughly and was unaware of previous communications I had with his medical assistant, Chelsea Lenegar, despite her confirming she documented my medication request in my file. Dr. Martyn then recommended a compound pharmacy (Crosby) and stated he would send the prescription. My appointment was on a Monday, yet I received no confirmation the following day. I called multiple times throughout the week and could not reach anyone. After leaving several messages, Chelsea eventually informed me that Dr. Martyn was in surgery and had not yet signed off on my prescription, assuring me I would hear back by Friday. I did not. By the following Monday, I still had no update. At this point, my condition had worsened, my face was visibly swollen, and there was no sense of urgency from the office. I was forced to escalate the issue to Jessica Kondy, a supervisor above both Chelsea Lenegar and Dr. Martyn. Only two weeks later, I was informed that Dr. Martyn had finally reviewed my file and stated he would need either a photo of the medication bottle or a prior prescription and that he "probably" could prescribe it. After weeks of waiting, worsening symptoms, and repeated follow-ups, being told he might be able to help was unacceptable. This experience made me feel that my care was consistently deprioritized. As an African American patient, I could not help but feel dismissed and unheard throughout this process. Regardless of intent, the lack of responsiveness, organization, and urgency reflects very poorly on patient care and safety. I would not recommend Dr. Michael Martyn to others, especially those needing attentive, timely, and compassionate care. He is racist towards African American and will not care about your needs

My right ear had slight pressure and muffled hearing My primary doctor referred me to Ohio ENT. I saw Dr Lowery today, March 14th and he was so kind and compassionate and explained everything in detail to me so I understood what he was going to do. He did a myringotomy and it was painful but it also was instant relief. The pressure is just about gone and I have regained most of my hearing. I actually cried in my car on my way home I was so happy I highly recommend Ohio ENT and Dr Lowery!

She forcibly retracted him 5 times at his well baby visit despite me saying, "no we don't do that!" And "please stop!" Then she forced us out of the practice when we challenged her forced retraction on our son. Not very good customer service, violating our consent, and forcibly retracting our sons penis against our wishes and assaulting him is cause for a 1 star review. Please use caution when bringing your uncircumcised sons here!!

I really liked Dr. Tim as he was very comprehensive with his information. He told us about himself, background, schooling, and personal experience with his own children. Two of his sons were preemies which made us very comfortable because we have one of our own. I am glad to know that he knows how we have felt and he understands the preemie condition. The staff was great as they were excited to meet us and very congenial. the one nurse went searching for a book to give us about the first year with a child. I felt like they welcomed us and claimed us in one visit. They have two waiting rooms, one for healthy children and another for sick. I am glad my wife pointed this out as we were leaving because I wouldn't have noticed it. We only had to wait 2 minuted before we were called back in. My daughter actually enjoyed her visit even her vaccinations. They have a sick hour from 8-9 AM everyday where you can stop in for an unscheduled visit in case you are worried about your sick child. The building is new which also makes this very nice. No problems with parking. I would recommend coming here as I have other friends who really like this office. They have at least 4 doctors, but I have only met our main doctor as of now.
