I was extremely impressed the first time I went there, very professional and everything went well…read more I feel like the rush therapy was not properly explained, because I did not realize that after sitting there for five hours and getting all those shots that I would still have to come back twice a week. But regardless, that was probably on me. What was not on me, was the absolutely rude secretary that runs the front office. Very snappy with any person who walks in, as if we are all experts and should know exactly where to be. On numerous occasions I would sit there and listen to her gossip about other people in the practice, often times the nurses who were doing the shots. They would send a client out or come to pick someone up, and the minute they stepped out of the room this lead secretary the other girls will begin gossiping about them. The other thing that bothered me was on at least two different occasions they were off with my shot count. For example I was told that I was now on monthly shots and then when I went back after a month I was told that I still had two more rounds of shots every two weeks. Because of this error I was gonna have to back up and make up 4 to 6 rounds of shots. That also happened a second time, and when I asked about the records they said and I quote... It's just an estimate. You would think something that's important they would actually write everything down and keep an accurate count. This takes me back to the rude secretary. The second time they screwed up my shots I decided that I was done paying all of this money and having them constantly mess up the schedule which created more shots and more money coming out of my pocket. The secretary was extremely rude about it, and when I called her out and basically said the last time you guys messed up my shots is when you were complaining about one of the secretaries she took offense to it and began yelling at me. When I called the corporate office, they were aware of her. If she's gone, the office is probably better. If she's there, go to a different location and avoid Westerville.

Horrible appointment system and customer service. Not recommended at all, office location is…read moreconvenient, but scheduling is messes and very unsupportive

My daughter is in Riverside Methodist hospital with sepsis, an infection in her blood. She has 3…read moredifferent bacteria's growing. She receives IVIG weekly for the past 12 years and will get it the rest of her life. My daughter was born with a primary immunodeficiency (Combined Immune Deficiency). Having her IVIG right now is critical to her healing. Dr. McNeil, my daughter's old immunologist, wrote in her chart that under no circumstances should she receive her IVIG treatment. Therefore, the doctors at Riverside will not go against him. The doctor Riverside Methodist hospital uses for immunology consultations is Dr Donald McNeil. He has bad history with my daughter. He was her doctor over 8 yrs ago. He and his wife own an infusion center that my daughter went to. His wife ran it. My daughter was going to have ankle surgery and found out she could do in home infusions. He was angry with her for leaving the center & fired her from his practice. He apparently holds grudges. My Daughter's current immunologist has had to step in 2 other times, most recently 2 weeks ago. This time, yesterday, the 2 doctors ( current immunologist and consultant for Riverside)had words and my daughter's doctor told him to stay away from her because he's doing more harm to her. However, Dr. McNeil is not backing down. Even though he has not physically been in to seen my daughter.

When I tell you my story you will change your mind if you were considering going to this doctor. I…read morecame to this doctor with a referral from my dermatologist due to to the fact that I have many infections. My first visit I waited in the waiting room 52 minutes and 40 minutes in the exam room. He felt that my immune system is pretty good so he said that he wanted me to see an infectious disease doctor. He also agreed that I have many infections. He offered no doctors name for the referral. He told me to just look for a few different infectious disease doctors and that he would send the report. So I found a couple different infectious disease doctors and called his office for the referral. I did the legwork. The next thing you know I get a call from Samantha telling me that Dr. McNeil would referr me to an infectious disease doctor that he knew. So I'm wondering why didn't he give me the name of that doctor while I was in his office? So I finally get a referral over to the infectious disease doctor and they say they need bloodwork & all test that were done so I have to go back to Samantha again to tell them to send this stuff. She says Dr. McNeil is out of town but he will be back on Wednesday and that she will talk to him and they will get the blood test together & whatever the infectious disease doctor needs and that they will send it to him. She also discussed with me that maybe I should consider getting a different urologist. At no time did they say they were not going to send the referral so I wait until Fridayand call the infectious disease doctor back. They tell me they never received the referral with the test results. I called Samantha back to be told that they weren't going to send the referral they just feel that I need to get a new urologist. The communication in this office with the patient unbelievably horrible. I have a doctor telling me he wants me to see an infectious disease doctor but yet they never send over any of the blood test that the infectious disease doctor needed. No one communicated with me as to what her and the doctor talked about on Wednesday and they knew that I was waiting for those test to go over to the infectious disease doctor. When you have infections your entire life this kind of treatment really gets you down and just makes me want to just give up on finding any kind of a true, caring, professional doctor. You won't get it from this office.

They said I needed to do the surgery to fix my deviated septum and shrink down things inside of my nose. When I first woke up from surgery, I was able to breathe for 2 days at max and after that I have not been able to breathe ever since. I have gone back to the practice multiple times and they just tell me it looks good and to come back and try a different nose spray! The surgery changed nothing for me since I still get chronic sinus infections and still can't breathe on a daily basis. I'm really disappointed with the aftercare and no explanation of why this is continuing and will be seeking a second opinion.
