Once I started on the allergy drops I noticed my symptoms were less severe and subsiding after a few months taking the drops. I no longer had wheezing when lying down at night. I stopped taking my advair inhaler, singular, Claritin, nasal sprays, and seldom use my rescue inhaler. This was a game changer. Dr.Thomas was very informative and has helped me battle my allergies that I have been battling throughout my life.​

I will routinely be checked in for allergy shots for 20-30 minutes AFTER my appointment time and then it's suddenly my issue because I didn't check in early enough. There aren't actually allergy shot appointments despite them making you have an appointment it just goes by when someone checked in. It's a huge waste of time and a massive joke. The allergist I was seeing left the practice, I am routinely on hold for 30-40 minutes, get told they can't contact the pharmacy for medication delivery, and get billed for claims they submitted to my insurance (and the insurance paid). This whole practice is awful and I would suggest avoiding it if you can.

She really and truly cares about her patients and took the time to answer our many (many) questions about our son's food allergies. Dr. Hill is extremely knowledgeable about the latest advances in treating food allergies and really takes the time to understand the patient's history and the complete picture. And she sent me for a blood test, which she couldn't speak enough English to explain it. Then she told me and my very intelligent husband, that we can do another test I don't know if they'll pay for it, so we went running away from her. Dr. Ronan was the third pulmonologist I sought care from and have never looked back. She's EXTREMELY smart, up-to-date on all current medical research, spends so much time with each patient, and is genuinely invested in your well-being and health. I have a habit of googling and researching my symptoms and diagnoses and this is not always received well by other doctors I've had. However, Dr. Ronan encourages me to do this, as she knows the patient is an expert on their own bodies, so she wants to take into consideration any possible theories you may have about what's going on. In addition to Dr. Ronan, her staff are amazing. Her MA is quick and responsive. They have the prior authorization process down and will work to challenge insurance companies if initially given a denial. I've told Dr. Ronan that I literally owe her my life. She brought me back from the lowest point in my life, due to chronic illness, to a place where I can live a happy, healthy, "normal" life of a 42 year old. She never gave up, even though my conditions were complex and took a lot of trial and error, and was along side me through everything. Everyone deserves a doctor like Dr. Ronan!

I called the office and Maggie the scheduler, was able to get me in to see Dr. Bridgett Ronan in a few days. The office assisted me in having my CT scan results sent to their office prior to my visit. Once I arrived at the office they checked my temperature before I entered the lobby, ensuring the safety of all patients present in the waiting area. Kasia, the doctor's assistant checked my vitals and gave me a brief pulmonary function test. She was very friendly but also very efficient. Shortly after I was checked into the room, Dr. Ronin arrived and explained my CT scan in great detail. She was warm and friendly at the same time very professional. She not only explained the results of my CT scan, she showed me the images and how she arrived at her determination. She took a lot of time explaining my condition and I felt very confident in her advice. She did deliver good news but I must say that even if she were giving me not such good news, she would have done it in a very detailed and compassionate way. I will be followed by Dr. Ronin for the foreseeable future to monitor my condition, and I really look forward to seeing her again. I'm 61 years old and Dr. Ronin is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a very knowledgeable, educated, warm and compassionate doctor.

Here, it is about money and money only, you will be waiting long time to be seen for few mins,…read more A week away from having my second appointments, A Nicole called me in a very threatening, manners that i have a balance of $ 200 past due, that i need to pay, or start making payments, or she will cancel the upcoming appointments , the tone ,the threats felt like an Elite mater talking to a subject , and was reminded in also a threatening manner , that all calls are recorded , A great way to resolve issues with a Berber man , so the story started almost 2 years ago, when one of the associates of this business establishments came to see when i was at a hospital, i was seen for less than 5 mins and got invited to his Office to fellow our once out of the Hospital, Dr Brian told me he would like to see me within 2 weeks, i was happy. only to find out after i got discharged, and called his business office called clinic on 25 ave and Union Hills, that would not be able to see me for 4 Months, in the first place , i didnt not know there is a charge for his 5 Mins or less visit , i find out via a collection company, when i called his office , they told me the charges are valid , and that he spend an hour with me . i asked for that in writing, and am still waiting after 2 years, nothing came in yet , asking for clarifications , was a dispute per my understanding , and still is , but the Nicole said it was not , and she said , the only option i have is pay , or start making payments , or she will cancel my upcoming appointments , and she did ,with less than a week to go. Then it this , if Dr Brian , who's office is on Union Hills and I 17 , is so busy and booked for 4 Months , what was he doing recruiting every sick person on that Hospital Floor on a Saturday evening ? no other doctor just him , why other doctor don't have access?? why take more than you can handle , ? Here, and the same office on Union Hills, your health probably might not matter as much as your Payments, it feels like it is all about money and nothing else . You are highly encouraged to do your homework , but when you re in Hospital bed , you dont have much choices , but if ypu have a choice , stay away , very far away from this . To The Nicole , i am happy to pay , sent me in writing that Dr Brian spend an Hour with me like his office manage claimed, its very concerning when Noble profession or so called act like Nicole and these who let her.
