Sales team immediately went into denial mode until I told them I had an email to them that stated the desired interior color. It then became a game of showing us cars "within 400 miles" that we're missing one or more of the options we wanted. Understand mistakes will be made, but the denial followed by the press to compromise what we wanted and paid for was disappointing and infuriating. Follow up: After some thrashing around the dealer is making it right. Car is not delivered yet, but I upgraded rating based on them making good on their error to this point.

Not only did she not call me back when the car was out of the shop, she stopped returning my calls at all. I found out from another person at the main number the car was returned from the shop a couple days before, and they would no longer honor the same price, They want it almost $3,000 more, even though I told them who I spoke with. Was told again by Courtney she would talk to her Manager and another promise to call back, but never happened either. In the end, I'm glad I didn't purchase a car from Bob Allen motor Mall because looking at the reviews, there's a lot of unhappy people with their vehicles, and faulty warranties. Some things are a blessing in disguise.
