He told me I needed to sign a piece of paper in order for him to look at the vehicle and get some prices but he guaranteed me he wouldn't spend any money until he called me or contacted me first, and said he was backed up for a couple weeks... 2 weeks later he called me and told me that the bumper was repaired and I owed him 1800$ . Lied straight to my face and said I authorized him to make the repairs. Fact is, he saw insurance claim and he jumped on it and took advantage, knowing that what he repaired that State Farm would pay for. So ultimately it was my word against his if I wanted to sue. Also when I went to pick up the vehicle the tires are flat. Battery was dead. The lift gate was in worse condition than it was when I originally dropped off the vehicle. He refused to pick up the phone when I had questions about the type of parts he used.
