We were in contact with the dealership the WHOLE time, explaining that we were fixing it, and made arrangements to postpone some payments while we did that. HOWEVER, once we were just about 75 days past due, I found out that a repo company was looking for the vehicle. More phone calls, reminding them that we were working to fix the vehicle to keep it (some parts are no longer available and must be located at pick&pull places...), and they're pissed that the GPS isn't working! HELLO! The vehicle is disabled with no battery installed! THEY SUCK! Worst experience I've EVER had! Original review: Our buying experience started out pretty well, no haggling on the price, decent in-house financing terms for our credit challenges, and they fixed the few small things we found wrong with the vehicle during our ridiculously short test drive. When we took it for a test drive, the gas tank was on fumes, so we didn't get to drive it for very long - which means that more issues came out when we picked the car up and drove it for a few hours the following day. They refused to even look at any of those, saying it was an as-is sale. We're still waiting for our DMV paperwork, too. DMV is stating that the dealership never completed the transfer, dealership says DMV is lagging. I guess we'll see. I'll update my review after that's resolved and after we've dealt with them for a few payments.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat…read more We bought a 02 Dodge Dakota from here in January 2015 for way over KBB value even though the ac & heater don't work, the headliner was saggy, it was full of cigarette burns which were ok but the biggest of all issues is it had been in an undisclosed accident and was repaired extremely shoddy. The fuel tank was kinked and clicked constantly whenever you pump gas & quite a few of the repairs made it unsafe to drive. One day home from work the gas peddle had stuck because a piece of duct tape from said "shoddy repair" got stuck in the carburetor. We don't even feel safe selling this car so we have discounted it extremely and marked it a "mechanics special". We are now out a few thousand and just recently bought another used vehicle from a dealership with a good reputation. If your still thinking this place is a good deal, think of it this way. We pretty much lost $5,500 in 11 months. Please save your money & go somewhere else!!!!!!

Then he starts saying how he had gotten screwed by a dealership he had to pay 1000s of dollars to fix something they tried saying was his fault which wasn't, insinuating "shit happens" he's an unprofessional asshole and doesn't care about anything but himself!! Not just that...the electrical was all messed up, every time the seats got moved/adjusted all the lights in the car glitched. I will be reporting this BS dealership and let everyone I know he sells lemons!!
