I Honest and Thoughtful!…read more I brought my Mazda CX9 in because the battery was constantly dying and I figured I needed to replace it with a new one. The quote was $240 which made me cringe, however, when I arrived after having to call roadside assistance to once again jump start my car, I was greeted with professionalism and curtesy. I was given a ride home by the offered shuttle service. I got a call after leaving the car there over the weekend and was told they had thoroughly diagnosed my battery and found nothing wrong with it. Not only did they check my battery, they gave me complimentary tire pressure service and a thorough cleaning on my car. I was absolutely thrilled to find that the people at Wheeler Chevrolet/Mazda were actually honest! They easily could have told me that they had replaced my battery and I would not have known any different. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! BTW, it was most likely "operator error" because I'm not used to all the bells and whistles on the new Mazda, I probably left something on that keeps draining the battery. My bad.

Now this driver has the skill to change three lanes in the blink of an eye, causing other cars to slam on brakes, swerve, big rigs to flash their lights and if that wasn't talent enough, their ability to tailgate to the point that you can't see the car in front of them? Unmatched. It's like a dissapearing act. They might, just might, be magicians. All of this and they have a special edition Chevy that does not have blinkers, which when you couple that with changing three lanes at once to the left, then jumping to the right to pass in a merging lane, is really impressive. They had everyone thinking, "what's next"? Thank you for slapping your company name on one of the most dangerous drivers I've seen in awhile. It gave me a name to put on the end of, "F*cking H*ll Wheeler!" Also, my kid pointed out "thank god they have a body shop. They'll need it."

I was told by their service guy to go check with parts to see if they could get parts for it. I was dumb founded by this response. I stated " that's not my job". He proceeded to turn his back to me and tell me" he had work to do!": So I told him, I would get it repaired some where else. Really is this how you treat potential customers???? . I will NEVER return there or give them 1 cent of my money. I spent my entire adult life working for the Dept of Defense all over the world, 34 yrs to be exact. My feelings are this kind of treatment is what is wrong with our country. I have email my complaint to General Motors. I have received a response from GM apologizing and asking how I would like to resolve this issue. I have not decided that yet. update 2/23/17 I read the response to call Mr. Murray Lewis, which after leaving messages on his voice mail and calling twice more finally spoke to him. He stated to me the response was automatically generated and he had no knowledge of the review or incident and was off to a meeting and would get back to me it has been a week now, and no response. I will be emailing GM corp to find a dealership who actually wants to work on my vehicle. apparently from what I can see that Yelp posts the happy reviews first, interesting. Bud Mills

I purchased a certified used Honda Pilot (only about a year old at the time) from Manley Honda,…read morealong with the extended warranty. We've kept the vehicle fully serviced and maintained exactly as recommended -- yet it has been consistently unreliable. Sensor/Camera Failure The first issue was a sensor/camera failure, which was only resolved because it happened under warranty. Rear Subframe Failure Now we're dealing with a far more serious problem: a section of the rear subframe has broken off. Despite the vehicle having only 60K miles and an extended warranty, both Yuba City Honda and Manley Honda have refused to help in any meaningful way. We've been given the runaround, treated disrespectfully, and dismissed at every step. When we pointed out that this exact part has an active recall in the Midwest for the same failure, Yuba City Honda responded with: "This is what happens when you buy a used vehicle." That level of disregard is unacceptable. Manley Honda -- the dealership that sold us the vehicle and the extended warranty -- has also been completely unhelpful and unwilling to stand behind what they sold. Warranty Denial Between both dealerships, we've received no support, no accountability, and no professionalism. For a certified used Honda with proper maintenance and a purchased extended warranty, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

We saw the car that we wanted and contacted them online. The product specialist Jose "Zay" Torres,…read morecontacted me right away, was respectful of my time and gave me additional information based on my contact preference - email and text, since I am familiar with these cars. I did not want my time (or theirs) wasted so I wanted to first get a firm price for the car before going in-person to view and test drive the actual car. I spoke with their sales manager Serge Klimkov and he was fantastic! He managed to help me get the car to the price I was happy with. It was straightforward and there were no surprises. With the price locked, I went in to see the car, do the test drive and bought it with the price we locked in over the phone. It was hassle-free and they provided great customer service. A day after I drove home with my new car, both Zay and Serge followed up with a phone call to see how I liked my new car and offered support in case I had any follow up needs with the vehicle. I will definitely return to this dealership and work with Zay and Serge again when it's time to upgrade my other Nissans!

Also , when she was signing papers , I had to go to work so I couldn't stay with her to finish, they added a reoccurring oil change charge to her account, which she did not want and once again, we were very specific on the phone about her credit how much she could pay a month and they agreed to everything over the phone but once we got there , it was a different story. I have called at least twice to get them to take the.Reoccurring oil change charge-off her account, they keep saying they'll, we'll do it but it is not removed, nor is she set up for direct deposit yet. 3 months of payments ready.
