Buyer beware!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. We bought a 02 Dodge Dakota from here in January 2015 for way over KBB value even though the ac & heater don't work, the headliner was saggy, it was full of cigarette burns which were ok but the biggest of all issues is it had been in an undisclosed accident and was repaired extremely shoddy. The fuel tank was kinked and clicked constantly whenever you pump gas & quite a few of the repairs made it unsafe to drive. One day home from work the gas peddle had stuck because a piece of duct tape from said "shoddy repair" got stuck in the carburetor. We don't even feel safe selling this car so we have discounted it extremely and marked it a "mechanics special". We are now out a few thousand and just recently bought another used vehicle from a dealership with a good reputation. If your still thinking this place is a good deal, think of it this way. We pretty much lost $5,500 in 11 months. Please save your money & go somewhere else!!!!!! read more

LEMON CARS!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT buy!!!! Bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu drove for one week IN TOWN and the fuel pump went out and coolant reservoir. Took it back to get fixed the owner TONY said over $400 to fix. He said i did it!! Then he starts saying how he had gotten screwed by a dealership he had to pay 1000s of dollars to fix something they tried saying was his fault which wasn't, insinuating "shit happens" he's an unprofessional asshole and doesn't care about anything but himself!! Not just that...the electrical was all messed up, every time the seats got moved/adjusted all the lights in the car glitched. I will be reporting this BS dealership and let everyone I know he sells lemons!! read more

I responded to a "personal ad" (no indication that it was related to this ponzy skeam) and just minutes after sending a response to the "buyer" I actually got a call from 415-699-1889 stating he was with CAR ZONE and spoke of another auto I had no idea about. THEN I get a "Good morning Miss ..." at 7:05 AM from the same number! In addition I have a text from (415) 699-1889 listing it from CARZONEMOTOR.COM in Marysville CA. Bought a truck here (and paid $10k) seemed okay for a day or two then it started having problems. We took it back, they claimed to fix it...and then it started having the same problems again. Took it to an actual mechanic (after getting brand new tires to replace the bald ones, of course) and he showed us the damage that had been done when their 'on site' mechanic had rigged the thing to limp along just long enough for the limited warranty to expire. We now have to pay $7k for a new engine and radiator. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt- if they're not aware of the piles of garbage their selling, they need a new 'on site' mechanic. read more

I bought a car from them on April 4th 2016. On April 22nd to took it into them an told them them transmission was leaking an it was slipping. The hose to the air filter was cracking it is plastic. I told them the drivers side window wouldn't work. I told them front widow was still crack and when were they going to fix it. So they took it in the garage and when it came out the only thing they fixed was the driver side window. They wouldn't even look at the transmission. He said they wouldn't even look at it because we drove it to hard. I told him we live in Dobbins, and my daughter babied that car. I had bought a car from this place and it was a huge mistake. After just 2 weeks of having this car the transmission started slipping. They blamed me and jiffy lube for it, as they said I drove it to hard. My mother and I had to basically call The BBB in order to get it fixed. I bought a 2004 Volkswagon Passat from this place. A few days after having it the car started to smell like engine oil was leaking, I took it back to have them check and they told me it was only because they just changed the oil and probably spilled some. A few days later the check engine light came on, but it went out before I could get to them and they told me they couldn't check because the light was no longer on. This year 2021 it started to heat up so I took it to a radiator shop and they told me someone put Head Gasket fluid into the radiator to stop a leak. I know I didn't do this! They told me that some Disreputable dealers will add this the radiator then sell the car quickly before it starts leaking again. The cars usually last for a couple years then either the radiator blows or the Head gasket goes out. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU TAKE THE CAR TO GET CHECKED SOMEWHERE ELSE!! FIRST OFF I didn't want the car they pushed on me they told me "I don't know if I can get you approved for anything else" knowing I was desperate and my first time. SECOND they sold me a lemon. I'm now paying for a car every month that I can't even drive. Rip offs don't buy from them my friends and family sure won't. I'm in debt with no car thanks to this company. read more
