Not a peep, no update, no apology. When I finally called, instead of accountability, I got the owner cutting me off mid-sentence with: "I'm well aware of what time it is. We're way past that. I run a million-dollar business." Ah yes, the classic "I'm too rich to care" customer service strategy. Bold move. If you've damaged or neglected your wheels and want them restored to their former glory, look no further. Seriously, just stop and call P.A.W.S. Eric, the owner, and his guys do absolutely fantastic work. They are affordable, reliable and mobile (as in they can come to you). The work they do is outstanding. They will erase all the evidence that you are not good at dodging curbs -- your wheels will look brand new. It's no wonder they are usually the guys called upon at Bentley, Rolls Royce, Porsche etc. dealers to repair their clienteles wheels. I first met Eric years ago when I was selling my bosses Maserati Gran Turismo for him. My boss was not the best driver and his wheels were beat to hell. I even told Eric to not even bother fixing one wheel because it was so badly damaged. He assured me he could fix it and I told him, by all means, try. Well, he made all the wheels look brand new for less than the cost of what one new wheel would likely cost. I'm serious, the wheel was the final boss of wheel repair and Eric, somehow, fixed that wheel. I was in awe. Fast forward to recently, I just bought a brand new Mazda CX-5. Not quite as fancy of a car as a Maserati, but it's my Mazda-rati, if you will. With only 800 miles on the odometer, I hit a curb in a parking structure that I didn't see. I was pretty pissed but Eric sent one of his boys to my place and had the wheel repaired in 30 minutes. The guy arrived exactly on time, spent exactly 30 mins (which was the quoted time it would take) and he showed up at my house. I mean, what more do you want?! The wheel looks brand new and I am so relieved I know about P.A.W.S. Seriously, whatever you drive, a Prius or a Ferrari, you can count on and trust these guy to hook you up for an amazing price, great, punctual, reliable, friendly service. I had contacted Premier Automotive Wheel Specialist for a quote for the rim of my Volvo that was damaged after my husband parked it *eye roll*. I was livid because I thought there was no fixing it and the entire rim would need replacing. Eric informed me that the rim would not need to be replaced and that his team can fix it up and make it look brand new. He was right. First, Eric was extremely quick with responding to me and the technician that came to my house to fix my rim was very polite. He (the technician) was set to be at my home at 8:30am, and text me telling me he was on his way and would be there slightly early. I appreciated the updates and that he was timely. The tech was also very respectful and explained the process to me on how the rim is fixed. Upon completion, the tech walked me through what I can do over the next few days to ensure that the rim settles and drys properly. Overall, the communication and customer service was amazing. I hit two potholes and did damage to my custom wheels. Not the first time I've done this and I have had a regular wheel repair guy that I've used for years. But now that I relocated my previous wheel guy couldn't travel the distance. So I looked around on yelp and sent messages to a few business. Premier Automotive got back to me ASAP. Eric asked if I could send him a picture of the damage and asked vehicle information. Honestly I was expecting to get a high quote because of my wheel size being 22" and also painted black. Additionally my car is a high end luxury car so people tend to expect I am willing to pay more just because. But Eric gave me a quote of just $75 which was on point with my previous guy and may even be a little less. Never the less Eric came over and did a great job. Eric did a wheel repair for me 4-5 years ago, and when I got a new daily driver with lots of curb rashes done by the previous idiot owner, I know who to call! His company does all the wheel repairs for lots of dealers around town, and they know porsches very well so they have all the oem colors.
