I had an appointment last Thursday at 9 a.m., and as soon as I checked in they got started right away--I was in and out within about 30 minutes. The staff kept me updated the whole time and gave me an accurate estimated finish time. They installed a new tire, replaced my wiper blades, balanced the tires, and rotated all four tires incredibly quickly. I was really impressed with how efficient and organized the service was. I really appreciated that the technician followed my requested tire rotation pattern and set the tire pressures exactly to the PSI I asked for without any hassle. That's exactly how customer requests should be handled. A couple of things I think should be improved: First, technicians should use seat and steering wheel covers. Dirty uniforms can transfer grease, brake dust, and dirt to customers' interiors, and protective plastics have been standard at many shops for years. Second, I understand checking the spare is company policy, but if customers have belongings covering it, please don't place those items especially food on the shop floor. I'd rather be asked first, as I could have told them the spare didn't need to be checked. Had a great experience here. A very nice employee quickly and safely took out a nail in my tire. The nail was small and so did not puncture into the air of the tire. I was relieved nothing else had to be done. It was free of charge and done within a few minutes of arriving. They also offer free tire air checks. The employee doing this was also very pleasant. This place has become such a JOKE! We've been coming here for years but unfortunately, the level of customer service has gone straight down the drain. They have a SHADY record keeping system and can't keep track of their records. They will claim they got a "new system", so keep your PAPER COPIES and come prepared. We've had multiple cars (6+) registered under our contact information, but they are magically unable to pull any of our information. The employees & specific manager named Andrew, are incompetent. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably declined compared to what I was used to. I stopped by around 1:20 pm and there were three employees behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or even let me know they would be with me shortly. I stood there waiting, assuming someone would say something or at least make eye contact, but that never happened. After about ten minutes of being completely ignored, I ended up walking out around 1:30 pm without receiving any assistance at all. I understand that places get busy and delays happen, but a simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way. What made this frustrating was not the wait itself, but the lack of basic customer service. I made an appointment and got right in. I had a leak in my tire. I had taken it to Mountain View Tires by Home Depot in Upland and they wanted to charge me 50.00 just to look at my tire. They said it was because I did not buy my tires from them. Sorry, but it was a brand new car! But when I need tires I won't go there. America's Tires is the best. They were courteous to me and very efficient taking the nail out of my tire and patching it. They did this for FREE!!!!! Guess where I will buy my tires when I need them? I had a really disappointing experience at America's Tire. I went in to purchase four new tires and spoke with Andrew, and my TPMS sensor light was on. Since they inspected my vehicle before installing the new tires, that would have been the appropriate time to inform me that my sensors were bad. Instead, they put the tires on, and when I got back in my car, the light was still on. When I asked about it, they told me a "new employee" inspected my car and didn't catch the bad sensors -- which I later found out wasn't true. They then tried to charge me $65 per sensor after the fact. Had they told me upfront, I could have discussed pricing before buying the tires. I called the assistant manager to try to resolve the issue, but they were not willing to work with me at all. I've purchased my tires here for years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. And for anyone reading reviews -- this isn't the first time this has happened. They'll respond saying they want to "make it right," but I already tried contacting them directly, and they still wouldn't help. Do not buy tires from this location. read more

I set up an appt to have my tires checked because the TPMS light was on even after putting air on them with the correct pressure. Making the appt was a breeze. I normally go to the one in Chino but they no available appts. Victor checked us in . He was very polite and professional! He checked all 4 tires and the sensors . They all were ok. He said it maybe needed a hard reset and I said ok. It was done in a few minutes and he didn't charge us anything. Over the next few years, I stopped by and had them rotated every 6k-7k miles. They were always pleasant to deal with, and every time (except one) I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I was quite impressed. When it came time for a new set of tires last November, I bought them at America's Tire in Upland. They definitely earned my repeat business.
