I came in for a full inside-and-out clean after the first winter snow and ahead of the next storm, because the salt absolutely wrecked my rubber mats. I specifically chose the platinum service for the mat cleaning, which I did appreciate. That said, I docked one star. The towel dry at the end missed the mark: water was left pooling in several exterior areas and later froze into streaks. The interior vacuum was also pretty mid. It didn't get down to the nitty-gritty, and I was still finding crumbs afterward. I'll give some grace because it was freezing that day, and I imagine it's hard to deliver top-tier detail work when your fingers are basically popsicles. This used to be my go to car wash place but unfortunately I have had to re clean the interior of my car over and over again. This is not the third time , spots are missed in several areas. You can guarantee you'll have to clean the inside again especially if it is a busy day. They rush your car through the line barely having time to vacuum the back of the car. On top of this , I have to get the premium package (most expensive package) just to get my runner mats cleaned , just for them to come out dirty. They offered to re clean it but it's more of a hassle to leave my house and wait in that line again for something I can do on my own. Unfortunately will not be back. read more

This place is ok. The exterior Silver package wash done by the automated machines got my car clean. I paid $10 extra to have the inside cleaned by hand. There are still sticky stains and smudges on my console and steering wheel. The cup holder still has crumbs in it and they didn't clean the package tray part of the center console at all, nor wipe the fingerprints off the display screen. I had hoped for a more thorough cleaning of the interior so I wouldn't have to do it myself but I am still going to have to go back over everything myself to get it cleaned to my satisfaction. I had my car washed on the interior and exterior a few months ago and my car mats were lost. I had to call twice to have them found and given back to me. Then, last week I had it washed again both interior and exterior. As soon as I left the parking lot my car had a faulty warning light as well as a broken panel on my door. My car will not lock electrically from the key fab or the door Itself and CLEARLY my car was damaged at the car wash and something was wet and the electrical panel was damaged. I have come back three times since the car was damaged and spoken to Carlos the manager who pushed me off to Anderson the higher manager and nobody will speak to me or attempt to rectify this situation. I had my membership for 4.5 years and never had an issue with the service. Recently my vehicle was damaged during my last wash. The manager had me run the vehicle through the was again to see where the wheel ran on my vehicle. It was a perfect match. Needed a long-overdue wash for my car, and since I have a dog that travels with me often, it needed to be a good wipe down. I brought my car to Premier and chose the Platinum service. I asked to make sure that it included a cleaning of the interior console and panels and I was told "yes". The service was quick- in and out in 20 minutes. But the speed is reflected in the work. I left with dog hair still stuck to my door panels as if it hadn't even been touched, dry dirt on the sides and front of the car, and a console that I had to wipe down myself with some napkins I had in the glove compartment. GO ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a rip off. If you are not paying attention, they will not clean the windows. You have to ask them to do what you already paid them to do. When they do clean the windows, it's a horrible job and they leave smudges and streaks. The car isn't completely vacuumed, leaves, etc are still left in the car. It's not worth the money. I shouldn't have to follow behind them and ask them to complete the job and do it correctly. It was not busy so there was no need for them to rush. This isn't the first time this has happened either. This facility has really gone down over the last year. They had started to deteriorate pre covid but have really gotten worse now. 1. They have raised their prices by a lot on all washes 2. They have reduced the services they used to provide (I.e. mats vacuum, cleaning the tires, etc) 3. They no longer even do a good job with the interior car wash (their is always left over dirt, Uncleaned seats, etc) 4. The workers try to get the cars out as fast as possible hence don't pay attention to getting it cleaned I have mentioned this to manager a Few times but it hasn't made a difference. Went to Premier car wash today to get my car cleaned. Noticed they only have exterior wash service available due to covid-19. The lady employee that works there asked me if I wanted the premium exterior wash for $19.99. I declined and asked for the basic wash which was supposed to be $7.99 (I think, haven't been there for 3 months). I gave her my credit card and proceeded to enter the car wash. As I was leaving the car wash, I took a look at the receipt and noticed she charged me $14.99 plus tax for the gold exterior wash only. I was wondering why did she charge me this much for an exterior wash when I specifically asked for the basic exterior wash. It seems she has been ripping off customers the entire time. There is no difference between the Gold versus basic exterior other than triple foam which I didn't want or need. Also, they couldn't wash all the bird poop that was on the roof. I ended up having to rewash my car after paying these crooks $16 to get the car cleaned. Do not go there. Their service is horrible and your car will not come out clean. This place used to be good when there was this older gentleman at the helm. I think he may have sold the business or retired and having someone from the family take over. I used to get my car washed all the time. Been coming here for past 10+ years. Religiously. Twice during heavy pollen season. I always opted for Platinum service, as it covered all my needs. Felt like I was throwing my money away. Lots of hands busy on your car, but the things that should be off the car would still remain. Water stains. Interior poorly cleaned-- dust still visible to the naked eye. Door jams would still have the liquid soap. Interior not vacuumed properly. Oh' and that spray wax is just what it sounds like. Lots of spraying and not enough waxing. All ends up in the atmosphere! Extra $10 down the crapper! What I don't understand is business owners who are quick to comment on poor reviews but little too slow to fixing the issue/s. And it's not a tailored issue. It is the very same issue. Yes, please bring your car around next time and we will address all the issues you had. Good point. So, let's not fix the issue / problem, but just make the that one person happy who wrote a review and rest, well we'll wait until they write a poor review. Round and round we go. Needless to say-- I now drive way out of my way and get the car taken care of at Detail Doctor in Red Bank. At least when I spend my money, I know it's well worth it. Car comes out looking like new every time. All the time. I haven't been to Premier ever since I found extra scuff marks on the rear bumper on my brand new car. Every time I went to have my car washed I had to wipe down my own dashboard, center console, inside my doors, and the runner on the inside by the door. They rush the job. I used to LOVE!!! This place. However, a lot of the original workers left and it has turned horrible! I went in for a wash and the inside of my car was not even vacuumed! They couldn't even lift up the matt to vacuum underneath. I look in the backseat, and there was clumps of dirt in there that was not there before all smeared all over my seat meaning someone stepped on there, maybe the vacuum had dirt on it? I got no clue. My cup holders and sides of the door was still filled with dust! The top of my dashboard was not even wiped down at all! (You can watch from afar) and they don't wipe the glass fully so you have smears everywhere! I used to vouch for this place and absolutely love them! Now I can't even look at them without getting mad. Don't get me wrong, lovely people, but horrible service now. Zero stars. This place is just terrible. Bunch of rip-offs. 1st experience - paid for the full VIP service. I was standing by the driver's side, watched them here and there and wasn't paying full attention. When I got home I realized they didn't clean the passenger side of the car from the inside at all (doors, windows). Felt they took advantage since I wasn't paying attention. 2nd experience - my husband took the car and he had both kids with him so he was mostly busy with them. Once again they took advantage of that situation and didn't clean the interior of the back at all. The mats, the doors, seats and carseats were all still dirty, not even vacuumed. The cupholder in the front wasn't cleaned, the dash board was barely wiped. The only clean area was the driver's seat. They obviously don't care to keep your business and provide you the service you paid for. Horrible establishment .. please don't waste your time and money here. Looks like a lot of the other reviewers have shared the same experience. They make a show of cleaning the driver's side and do absolutely nothing else. read more

I went to Premier Car Care Center on Saturday 12/22/2019 and paid for "GOLD" service. The car is new (500 miles) I was just looking to get the salt off the car and get the windows cleaned. When finished I had to put my grandson in his car seat, when I opened the back door the inside door jam was still wet. When I asked the guy who was hand drying the car for a towel so I could dry it he handed me his towel. Then I noticed all the windows were still wet on the inside. I told the same guy and he went and got a dry towel and handed it to me so I could finish their work. This Gold service cost $21.31 including tax plus I left a $2.00 tip, I guess I was the fool. I have being washing my vehicles here for at least 10years now on and off . I am giving 2stars because some of the employees here I like & they are respectful. It has being a good number of months since my last visit because of the terrible way my truck was being cleaned. I used to purchase the monthly tickets they offer for unlimited washes and stopped doing that as well. I finally went back today(1st X this year). I purchased the gold package for 20 dollars, which I regret. I told the rep it was not dried correctly, there were still dirty spots and the rims were dirty. The employee somewhat wiped down again. When I got home and checked the truck I literally had to clean it almost completely again.
