We've been using them for about 6 months and haven't had any problems. Price is very affordable and everything of completed on time.

This is the last time I'm going to use these people. I have been in there a couple of times when my clothes were not ready when they were supposed to be. But the very last time a couple of days ago, damn near cost me my marriage. Because for the second time my wife has gone to pick up my clothes, a woman's piece of clothing was with my stuff. Even though my wife took my stuff out of the closet herself and took it there, she cannot believe that a place could screw that up twice. So now I have a pair of woman's cargo pants that have caused a huge rift in my house. They are rude as well. Do you want to see somebody doing their job and look disgusted to see you? Walk in there with a couple of minutes to spare before the cut off to have the clothes back after 5 pm and watch the face of the ladies behind the counter. I swear if they had a pistol in their hands they would probably shoot you. So I am done with this place. This is the last time and the only time by the way that I have ever had somebody else's clothing not once but twice with my own laundry. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. And to top it off the woman's pants we're about five sizes larger than my wifes size. So now automatically I'm running around with a big woman and cheating on my wife. I know that they will probably find out whose pants they are and everything will be ok. But the point is I should not have to go through this, again! read more

I have used this cleaner for quite some time and they started out great but have progressively gotten worse. I have had three different time they have messed up. They have lost 2 items and was supposed to repair one item and when I went to pick it up. Nothing had been done and had to go somewhere else to get the repair. Never will go back to them again. They do a good job with cleaning - no broken buttons or other damage. However, they starch the HECK out of my husband's shirts even with repeated requests for "No Starch". I guess the final straw was when someone else's blouse showed up in our order. The shirts were so stiff they were like wearing paper. Not comfortable. read more

They ruined two of my husband's dress shirts and would not take any responsibility for it. Some kind of white bleached-out staining/markings on shirts that were noticed when we took out of bag. They stated" we don't use bleach." (No, but you use chemicals correct??? ) They would not refund money., nor would they pay for new shirts. We were weekly customers for two years. ABSOLUTELY WORST CLEANERS I've ever been too all my life. I brought in a brand new suit with tags still on it this week. Was told they would have it ready the next day and when i went to pick it up i saw it looked good visually i trusted their business establishment and payed for it thanked them and went on my way. Immediately upon arrival at my home i took it out to hang it up, it was then i noticed a button was missing on the coat. I couldn't believe they had the nerve to pass it off to me and take my money and not say one word about the missing button just casually concealing their mistake. They assumed as most people do that i wouldn't notice immediately at the cleaners as most don't ever take it out the bag n fully inspect it but rather observe it. I took it back right away and told them the issue and the front desk attendant told me tomorrow by 3-4 it would be ready. The next day i called in advance at about 2 to check and a new front desk girl name GINA was very rude to me horrible customer service. She said the lady from yesterday should have never told me it'd be ready and she began to say they would not have it ready even that day as originally stated and maybe by the next day it would be. So not only did i pay for a full service, had my brand new suit button gone missing from my coat, was lied and deceived too, was told it'd be ready the next day with a new button very similar to it if not the same, the next day suit still wasn't ready, was also treated with complete disrespect as a customer, and as i go pick up the suit, it seemed they had sown on 2 old worn out and dirty plain black buttons that did not match my suit whatsoever, nor the small buttons around the sleeves. Also it was full of so much lint and even looked wrinkled like it wasn't dry cleaned even again as a complimentary act of kindness/apology. I was not even offered a refund or store credit let along an apology from anyone at Premier Cleaners, not the front desk nor the manager or the person working on it. Premier Cleaners at 1717 W. University Dr. #411, Mckinney, Tx 75069 worst cleaners to date that I've ever been too and never go back. I vow to make sure everyone i know or come across is made completely aware of this Business establishment and steer them as far away as possible. I will never take any of my clothing to this cleaners again. Took one of my favorite sweaters to be dry cleaned (cashmere, paid $80.00 for this sweater), and when I got it back, the back of the sweater looked like they had steamed it too long in one spot and literally melted the fabric. Talked to the manager, Mark, and he said it was "abrasions" and that it was caused by having the sweater on and rubbing up against something else. How could I have the sweater on if they were in possession of it????????? They don't hang up clothing right on the hanger and when I would pick up, I always had to go back home and re-steam everything because they were so wrinkled. Please do not take your clothing to this cleaners. They will ruin something at some point!!!!! read more

I used Premier Cleaners for several weeks. I soon realized I made a mistake in choosing Premier Cleaners because 20 to 30% of the clothes taken to them for laundry & dry cleaning with a standing instruction to 'spot check and clean' everything had to be taken back for redo. Sometimes the clothes were clean when redone - some times not. Those not clean were washed with regular detergent in home washing machine and 'presto' the stains came out. Last straw was a expensive pair of dress slacks that were not cleaned. The slacks were taken back to them for redo. The slacks came back with even more stains than they originally had and are now ruined. Attendant said manager was not on site and only came in after hours to pick up day's receipts. I sent a letter to the manager over two weeks ago and have not received a reply. It appears the attendants and employees work without adequate training and supervision and the owners and/or managers do not care about the quality of their service nor their business reputation. read more
