Eric, I tried calling you but your phone wasn't answering, you need to get that fixed or your customers won't be able to contact you! I left a message with your wife at the other number you gave me but you never called back and I didn't want to bother her again. Well the AC was not working and hot weather is just around the corner. You fixed it last year by replacing a valve and it worked until the end of summer. Now the AC/heating unit you installed 8 years ago has finally given up. But, since I couldn't contact you, I had to call John at another company. He came right out and told me that there was a coolant leak in the condenser and it would have to be replaced. Since you put in that dye last year, it was real easy to spot. It was still under warranty but the warranty info had been removed from inside the AC unit. It took him a while to contact the manufacturer but they found their records and assured us it was still covered. Today John is replacing the condenser, and I imagine he will do a thorough job so I won't need help again for a while. First of all, the technician comes on time and determine the issue of my AC. And immediately he quoted the total cost and let me know the issue regarding to the fan flow control board. So, he said the total cost is $638 including labor and parts. I scheduled to have them repair on the 2nd day after the estimate. Technician comes on time and was able to repair within the hour. Service is quick and responsive. Good communication as well. I was able to take a picture of the parts. And then I quickly search online to see the price. Online shop for parts ICM271c which may cost around $40 to $50. On my receipt, they charge me $438. I asked the technician of the reason of price $438 vs $45 from online shop. He said the part that they provide is from Carrier. But I find that the part is not. So, I understand the labor and express service. But I don't like the dishonesty of over charging. Will not use them again. In response to the owner of the business, I did clearly asked Eric the reason of the part cost $438. And he said that because the part install to my AC unit is manufacturer by Carrier instead of OEM brand. And he basically just lie. The part is manufactured by ICM which is just a after market part same as the one I can in online store. I don't mind if he tell me that he is charging me 10x the street or online price. And that is how the business earning from customer. But don't lie the part is manufactured by Carrier. It is not. read more

Our condenser stopped producing cold air in the middle of the day and I could not get anyone to come out same day. Except Premier, who showed up during the scheduled window AND same day. Fortunately when he came the A/C started working again and has been the following day. They were thorough and checked everything even inside the attic. They told me to contact them if it went out again. He made suggestions on how I could improve the cooling in my home and didn't try to up sell me on anything, everything he said made sense. First off, let me start off by saying the quality and service that was provided was stellar. I'll be honest I was a bit reluctant to have a repair technician come by and get hit with an exorbitant amount in part prices on our 25+ year old A/C unit, because I usually fix everything around the house as a DIY. Since this was a high use item, I wanted to make sure it was done professionally and warrantied. Eric was professional from start to finish. Every question I asked was answered. He told us us what part broke (main line contactor) & told us that it's recommended to replace the high voltage capacitor just to be safe. Never once assertively pushed a sale, was very laid back and let us decide. The two parts ended up costing more than what it'd be to buy from a warehouse and install yourself, but that's the price any person will have to pay when you want to make sure it works no questions asked. It was also sweet since he hosted the unit off and installed at no cost a new thermostat. Total time took an hour, maybe an hour and half. Great stuff and I'd recommend the company to anyone looking for a couple more year(s) on an old A/C unit! read more

I had a compressor failure so I called this company off of Yelp with it's good reviews. I ordered a new compressor unit had a drop shipped to my home. The technician Eric said it would cost me $600 for him to install it and it was supposed to be covered with a one-year parts and labor warranty. We agreed on the price and he installed it October 2020 and in April 2021 it stopped working already. I called Eric he came out checked the new unit and found that the air compressor and pigtail where they connect burnt out. He said he should have had installed a ground wire that's probably why it burned out. I asked if he was going to repair it and he said it wasn't covered under warranty and he wanted to be paid to do so. Since we could not come to an agreement I did some research and found out it is covered under warranty parts and labor and I wanted it fixed. Eric told me that he wanted $500 more to make it right and he would do the repair. He said for the extra $500 he was doing me a favor on something that he clearly did wrong to cause this issue. We tried contacting him again to see if he would just come fix it since everybody else seems to be too busy to help he has avoided our calls and text messages and refuses to get back to us. Luckily I had my competent HVAC technician that I have used in the past do the repair and I will get a one year warranty. It was the summer of 2020 in the city of Riverside, CA, and I was in need of a centralized HVAC overhaul. I was able to make an appointment with Premier Comfort Experts next day, which was incredible. My a/c stopped working on me in the middle of the heat wave last week. I called and was surprised that they could get someone out to my house the same day. The guys arrived on time and were able to get my a/c working pretty quickly. They told me several things that could have caused it to stop working and said they recommended a mid-day appointment to check it out during the heat to better diagnose the problems. I called the next morning and and was able to get Eric back out the next afternoon. He came out and cleaned my a/c unit, checked what he thought could have been the problems and then realized that it was most likely just our very old circuit breaker that needed to be replaced. He went to another scheduled appointment and returned after to replace our breaker. Overall the responsiveness, level of service, and lack of "sales pressure" from Premier Comfort Experts was amazing! Great service. I got a thorough servicing and cleaning of my York AC. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also hooked up a C-wire for me for a small charge ($60). The only thing I wished he was able to do was replace an inside air filter but he did not have correct size for our vent. I had three Contractors come to see our project. We needed a full replacement of our system. One had a Menu type one-size fits all type of pricing system. The other wouldn't give me pricing unless I shared the other estimates. I think that's very unethical....
