Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection. Their team is friendly, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. The plumber, Javier Rodriguez, was especially impressive--very confident, knowledgeable, and personable. He even put booties over his shoes without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly how to install the missing piece and took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after the installation and filter replacement, including pressurizing the tank. What stood out most was that he didn't rush--he made sure everything was working properly before leaving and walked me through the steps so I can handle the next filter replacement myself.
