They first came out and inspected my current air conditioner and found it had multiple problems. After much deliberation, sense new units are expensive. I decided to get a new one. I have 3 different people give me estimates on ac services before this. Two very big companies told me i needed to redo my whole system immediately and all that was wrong was i needed to clear the pipe that holds the reserve water. I fixed that with a shop vac myself. Now i know not to tell anyone this is my first house. They only see that as a reason to take you for a ride. This time more was wrong the capacitor and motor needed replacing. Paolo was GREAT he sincerely cared about my life and how hot it was he came to help me later in the day, then came the next day as he promised with the parts needed and my ac has never worked better. His price was extremely reasonable and I will never call another ac person as long as he is available. his work is warrantied and he's an honest hard working guy that doesn't intimidate women or try to tell you to have stuff done you can't afford. he does not try to scare you and make you worry that everything falling apart.
