I just closed my 6 year account with them because…read moremy husband and i went in to apply for an auto loan and even though our credit is in good standing, we were applying with all the documentation needed and we took the time to set up an appointment the "specialist Yusimy Pena" ( who filled out the application and when asked a question didnt even look at our faces) didnt even put in the correct loan amount which made the process longer. It took the bank 4 days to have an answer for us and we were denied at the end of the day and requested further proof of income even after we switched the car information to get it a newer car. No explanation was provided from the "specialist" who by the way sent us an email spelling out in spanish her native language the word "cualifica" which for the non spanish speakers reading this, it does not exist. Please note that we were asking for a very small loan amount and were devasted, thank God we went to the dealer directly and drove away with the car of our dreams at a great price and even better interest rate.
