Well, well, well.....Here we are again 11 months later since my last review and this will be my last. Today, my children were scheduled for appointments at 1 pm and 1:30 pm. I received text messages the day prior to confirm appointments, and I responded with "C". I arrived at 12:55 pm. Only to be told my appointments were rescheduled for an hour earlier... But who did they inform? Not me, of course! Now they want me to schedule into the New Year! And this is not the 1st time it's happened, but the 3rd time. The lady reviewing the appointment told me I should have never been scheduled between 1-2 pm because it's their lunch, and she didn't know how that happened. Then, she said well someone called me and left me a message. NOT ON MY PHONE!!! Not the phone you sent the text message to. I asked for the number to launch a formal complaint, and the 1-800 number given only directed you as a caller to leave a message. I refuse to be inconvenienced yet again. Guess I'll start looking for a new dentist for me and my family. PREMIER HAS TO DO BETTER!!!! When you see that it is "YOUR ERROR", there should be some accommodations made for patients, especially with it being a repeated behavior. Terrible don't go here, the dentist didn't even look at my tooth and wanted to charge me $4000 for a root canal, even though I have insurance they didn't even take a look. She just looked at my scan and said bill them for the root canal... and left. I HAD THE WORST TIME HERE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DENTIST. read more

Very bad of scheduling they are way overbooked and will schedule you out double the amount of time that you need to be because they can't fit you in. Care is not good . My daughter braces 4 years - no one sees her on time. read more

I am so disappointed and discouraged with my experience at Premier Dental. I have been a patient more than 20 years. I have always found the staff courteous and professional. I've always paid my bills on time. Then I retired and was no longer on employee insurance. I have a Dental plan with $1000 annual max. So I received an estimate for over $8000 after insurance. Im a new patient here and ive been there twice to get my wisdom teeth removed the first time i was cut and he struggled to take out my wisdom teeth afterwards i was in alot of pain and my face was really swollen i wanted to get all 4 out but he was too nervous or made the excuse that he had another appointment. The second time i went they had to give me 7 anesthesia instead of 3 they struggled to take out my wisdom teeth again and cut me twice on my tounge i was in alot of pain i dont think this oral surgeon is qualified. read more

Today was a GREAT day, and my dental work is complete. My 10-year dental journey with Dr. Brucci has been life-changing, and I am forever grateful. I have had approximately 9 to 10 procedures, and throughout, Dr. Brucci made my comfort his priority, ensuring I never felt pain during and after procedures. Id give it 0 stars if i could this guy nearly caused me a blood infection cause he couldnt do a root canal correct. Then after he tried and my face swelled up like a softball he couldnt even face me to talk to me he kept sending assistant's in to talk to me. Worst 2 months of infection ive ever had. I tried this dental office after having to switch dentists. Staff were very unprofessional. Dr. Baker came in and did not even explain the procedures that were needed. She came in mutterred that I needed a series of crowns and walked off without even explaining why they were needed. Then office staff came in and were very harassing about scheduling the appointment. I was not comfortable with their care and the receptionist threatened that I would lose the tooth if I didn't schedule the appointment for a root canal and 4 crowns. Fast forward a week, I find a new dentist. All they recommended was a filling. I would not recommend this office to anybody. It's outdated and staff are not kind or professional. read more

I am 35 years old and have been visiting this practice for 20+ years. Until a few years ago, I never had any problems whatsoever. Since then, there have been nothing but problems. There have been numerous times I have been scheduled for a cleaning and they "lost" my appointment, only to "remind" me of it after I scheduled another one. Also TWICE I have been quoted one price, paid that price, and then received another bill. One time $100 over what I was originally quoted. It may not seem like a lot, but that amount is huge to me and I would not have had the service completed until I had the money available. I called the office numerous times and when I was unable to reach resolution, I left my number for them to call me back when they could give me a clearer answer. I was never contacted and I am officially finished. Dr. Ludford is amazing and Dr. Brucci is a doll. I can't in good conscience recommend them any longer and it saddens me to have to find a new dentist now after going to them for most of my life. I can't deal with the office staff being unprofessional and discourteous. read more

Will never go back! Dr. Brucci was great and really tried to take care of my daughter. However, after performing her filling, a month later she was in excruciating pain. Office staff got us in pretty quickly and an x-ray showed the filling was touching the nerve so she needed a root canal. Time wasn't an issue and Dr. was more than willing to fix it but when the office staff came in to discuss finances she explained that she "cannot allow him to do anything unless half of the cost is paid!" So even though my daughter was crying with pain, they would not fix it unless I paid them $350. Horrible customer service! Poor example of care and concern for their patients! Be very, very cautious.... if you have a dental emergency but do not have plenty of $$$ on hand, you are SOL at Premier Dental! read more

This is THE WORST dental office EVER!!! The staff is nice/polite but they DO NOT use proper universal precautions to ensure that your procedure is sterile/clean. I brought my 17 year old son to Premier Dental for a routine root canal. I was very disappointed to see that, other than the staff wearing masks, there are NO other covid 19 precautions. Although there are plenty of signs posted stating that wearing a mask is mandatory no one in the lobby was wearing a mask nor were they asked to put on a mask. The dental assistant (Allison) came into the procedure room, with gloves on already, and began to clean her area as we waited for the dentist to enter the room. Once the dentist entered the room she attempted to assist him with my son's procedure still wearing the same dirty gloves. I had to ask her to please change her gloves. Also, during 3D digital imaging of my son's teeth, she used a probe that had just been sitting on top of the machines keyboard. I asked her if the probe was clean and she told me that the probe had been previously sterilized in another room. I told her that now that the probe is loosely sitting on top of the keyboard it is NO LONGER considered sterile or even clean. Once she was done using the probe she used a dry guaze to wipe the probe, keyboard and computer monitor down as if she was "cleaning it". During the process of placing the permanent filling and temporary cap on my son's tooth, Allison asked him to hold the cap down with his own index finger. At what point is it ever ok to ask a patient to put there finger in there mouth? Especially during a pandemic!!!! I never saw the assistant OR the dentist wash their hands 1 time during the entire visit although the dentist was going in and out of procedure rooms seeing patients. The dentist also walked in and out of the procedure room several times with dirty gloves on and did not change gloves. If your goal is to have a professional clean dental visit my best advice would be to drive right on pass Premier Dental!!! read more

I took my ten year old son in for the first time today. He hasn't seen a dentist in two years, as we've had no insurance until now. I was anxious that he would get scared, or be in pain, but I was pleasantly surprised! They were calm and reassuring, explaining each step that they did with him. They took all my fear for him away, and he was completely calm and comfortable the whole time! read more

I travel from Chicago to this practice because of the great service and friendliness of the staff! This place is so dirty! Dust all over the place, in the corners are dust bunnies blood on the walls behind the trash cans, on the doctors chair. I question the practice of how they sterilize their instruments. They are ALWAYS running behind with their patients. The prices are fair for the area and I guess that is why people will come back and wait half their life just to be seen. The staff I have noticed doesn't really interact with the patients, The patients are ushered into their room and the door is closed. The nurses get the informations they need and leave, sometimes it's 15-30 minutes before anyone comes back and checks on us or even if the doctor comes in. I wont be back! read more

I spent $2,000 cash for a root canal and crown per their recommendation. The crown fell off within a year. Now paying $1,000 more for a bridge. Always wait on them for 30 - 60 min. Tried to cancel an appoint 24 hours before because I have the flu and they said if I don't come, they will charge me another $25. The place is a joke!?!!! read more

Katrina was awesome! Very professional and easy to talk to. She was able to make me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. Dr. Brucci was also very polite and made me feel welcome. I am usually terrified of going to the dentist, but Katrina helped lessen a lot of that anxiety. And she didn't dig at my gums, like a lot of hygienists do. I've been with this office since 1995. I have never had an issue. I've always referred friends and praised staff. Well today the office manager saw fit to close my account and tell me that I can't be a patient. But the worst part is that she treated me with nothing but disrespect. My dentist who I've adored for so many years refused to even talk. I'm so appalled that I was treated this way. I was told to stop leaning on a wall and forced to have a seat. I felt like the lowest of the lowest. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there...note they never took responsibility. They wanted me to pay a balance from 2012 but I have been there over 20 times since 2012 and no balance had been mentioned. Most recent visit was march 2016. Checked out, no balance. I switched to this dentist because I had heard great things about Dr. Bucci and I have to say they were all true! He was extremely polite and explained all issues regarding my teeth in a way that was completely understandable. It makes the experience of going to the dentist SO MUCH less stressful. Also, my hygenist Katrina was thorough when cleaning my teeth and did so in a timely manner, unlike my old dentist and dental team I used to go to. I have extremely sensitive gums and the hygenists I have had in the past made me feel like they were tearing apart my mouth.... Katrina was extremely careful of my sensitive gums and made sure she wasn't hurting me the entire cleaning.
