I even placed painters tape at areas on the vessel that needed the repair so I didn't have to be present to show him. He still never showed up. Don't know why if he is so busy, that he told me he would work on it and place me on the schedule. Today is 11/30/22 and he wasted almost a month and a half of time that I could have found someone that would actually do the work and has good business principles. He pretty much did the same thing to me that he did to another reviewer (Mark N.) from St. Pete. He has a pattern of bad business practices.

Before doing business here, we heard several negative things about this dealership from other people. However, we believe in giving people a fair chance instead of judging them based on someone else's experience. Unfortunately, giving them that chance ended up biting us. We put down a $1,000 deposit on a boat. Lots of back & forth trying to find the perfect one. Christian & Joe said they understood. We were specifically told that our deposit would hold the boat while we completed a sea trial and had an independent inspection performed before signing the final paperwork. That gave us the confidence to move forward, knowing we had the opportunity to make sure the boat was everything it was represented to be. We went to the dealership on Thursday evening fully intending to sign. We arrived around 5:30 but because they were closing at 6:00 and we had our three children with us, we were told it was fine to come back on Saturday to finish the paperwork. In fact, Christian said that would work great for him. BUT Before leaving, the sales manager, Joe, looked us in the eye and assured us the boat would not be sold and that it would be waiting for us when we returned. Instead, on Saturday morning, we received a phone call telling us they had already sold the boat to someone else. For us, this wasn't just about losing the boat, it was about integrity. We believe a person's word means something, especially after accepting a customer's deposit, telling us it would hold the boat while we completed the agreed-upon sea trial and inspection, and then personally assuring us the boat would still be there. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and personable while we were in the showroom. But once another opportunity to make a sale came along, it became clear to us that keeping their word wasn't a priority. We left feeling that the friendly service was more about closing a deal than standing behind the commitments they made. If they couldn't hold the boat, they should have been honest and told us that from the beginning instead of making promises they weren't willing to keep. So your deposit doesn't mean anything. Take it from us. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.
