Sommer apologized for the upholsterer running late and asked me to return in the afternoon. She called me around 11:45 am, while I was on a thread mill. We agreed that I could show up at 2:00 pm. I showed up around 1;30 pm. Work to my seat covers was completed around 2:30 pm. Sommer did not charge me because I was inconvenienced. That was her words. Here are my words.
