It's independently owned They have 5 offices and practice with 1 being in Atlanta Georgia and the rest Florida Orlando Kissimmee, Panama City, destin, & crestview. I came to the Orlando-Kissimmee office . The reception was busy I signed in she asked if I was a new patient and handed me new patient packet . My recommendation fill it out when they send it via email. I was unable to do this because My appointment was scheduled for weeks out, and I just so happen to see an appointment literally the day of a came rushing. They don't take same day appointments but with the grace and blessing of god the doctor approved to see me . They do sonogram there I would of done my sonogram there but they only do it Tuesday and Wednesday. The medical assistant took my blood pressure and weight in the waiting area on this high tech machine picture attached . Dr kamel came in introduced himself he was very kind. I showed him my test and he ordered a sonogram and t3 free and peroxidase antibodies . So far so good

When we got there? I went to sign in and she gave me some papers, I gave her my insurance and ID and before I could take the clipboard she tells me she doesn't take my insurance. My mom comes up and says 'We called a few times and you guys said you take this insurance' and, who I'm assuming is the manager or just higher nurse, tells us that they never said that and they can help if we pay $150 to get in. We left obviously, not that we couldn't afford it but the total lie they said over the phone. Disapointed though they were both nice, me and my mom were TIRED of just driving for 2 and a half hours.

While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. I wish they'd return to their previous quality
