I called him for an estimate to repair my broken gate. And he gave me a time and showed up several hours later then specified time. He looked at my gate gave me a price and I told him to go ahead with the repair. He said he wasn't available for two days to which I said that's fine. Called him the morning of the repair to confirm that he was coming, since I had taken off from work. I called him at 830, for a scheduled 9am appt. he said" I don't like to be called this early and u don't like to be rushed. If you are in such a rush, you an call someone else". I replied I just wanted to confirm you were coming, to which he said he's not, and rudely hung up. It's a shame, that he lost out on my business since we were planning on changing both our gate and garage door to a connected model in a few months. I hope he reads these reviews and understands that web someone is calling him to get their gate repaired it's because it's not working an they may not access to their garage. I think that's kind of a rush, don't you.

They referred my ticket to Garage Depot USA. The same day I received a call from Brad who set me up with a service call for the next morning. He came out and examined the door and all of the parts and explained to me that I needed a new door because the one I had was recalled years ago and had been patched quite a few times already. He gave me the quote to replace and referred me to the company he would get the new door from including website and product number. I researched pricing for the area and their quote of $700 for a new garage door and trim installed was very fair and actually towards the low end of costs. They installed my new garage door - next day! They also re-programmed my remotes so that they work on one click instead of 4-5 clicks like it was taking before. This team is great and I would highly recommend their services. They were able to install a brand new door for me in less than 48 hours from opening the ticket with my home warranty company to the finish of the instal. I opened a ticket for my a/c days before this one and I still do not have working a/c but my garage door is great! Thank you for being speedy...I wish you did air conditioning too!

Also found out they are NOT an authorized reseller for Sojag, confirmed by Sojag. Buy elsewhere and I'm sure you'll get better service. Gazebo had a bunch of scratches and dents but once assemble looks very nice. Some sections were not aligned probably due to freight damage. Incredibly frustrating experience. They also don't post your review on their website if it's not in their favor. Buyer Beware.
