I love how this gym is bright, clean, and open compared to other places I've worked out in the past. Group classes keep me motivated and the HIIT class is awesome. Dakota does a great job challenging and encouraging everyone. He gets to know everyone individually and helps modify the exercises if needed. I definitely recommend working with him as a personal trainer or trying out the HIIT class. There are also fun events and challenges they do at the gym and around town, they stay active in the community! Also they have a mini fridge with cold brew and other goodies from Crescendo coffee which I absolutely LOVE. Can't recommend this place enough.

I love the training that specifically fits people my age - Fit Over 50. There are also groups called Fit Moms, Sweat Fit, and Killer Kurves. I contacted him to tell him that is illegal and ask that it be removed and his response was demeaning and belittling. The same picture was used 2 additional times, again without my knowledge or consent. Both additional times I contacted the owner to have it removed again and received similar demeaning and belittling responses. The advertisements promise a safe and supportive place to workout, but I found his behavior to create the opposite.

If you move, you are forced to give up very specific information that is not part of the terms and conditions. I will request a copy of this deviation with the 12 mth contract because I sent requested info in a generalized manner as specific geographical location is not necessary whatsoever and it went ignored. How will you use the information after people escape the prison? It's weird, very Pharaoh like, and I wouldn't recommend signing a contract with them unless you are confirmed staying in that state and/or city eternally. Stick with the drop in classes, you can leave freely without needing to give personal, specific, geographic location as a transactional exchange.

The facility was too notch, the members were welcoming and I found the coaches (Aaron & Billy) to be friendly, knowledgeable and very engaging. All the above made for an exceptional experience. This will definitely not be my last visit. If you find yourself in Madison and in need a place to throw down, I would definitely recommend CrossFit Recursive!
