Also, it's imperative for those on a budget (and who isn't right now!) to take advantage of sales and/or coupons whenever possible. The poor folks at Hobby Lobby up the street were probably thinking "What are we, chopped liver??" When it did finally open it became apparent why everyone was so eager to shop here. This big, bright new store has everything arts and crafts related that you could want and then some. I won't pretend that I'm creative enough to know what to do with most of the stuff but it's nice to know that it's available should I suddenly feel inspired to take on some kind of craft project. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I actually like self checkouts - as long as they work of course (I'm looking at you Kroger!) And they have plenty here, making it faster and easier to get out the door and get started on your latest venture. If that's not your thing though, I believe there's still at least one human operated register available at all times. Michaels also has a reward program that is worth signing up for if you do a lot of crafting. Even if you don't, it still doesn't hurt to accrue some points that may lead to a discount one day.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

He broke my co pilot seat frame in half, broke pilot side window, my gear would no longer come up, landing lights would no longer turn on, turn on map light and electric trim breaker would pop, put flaps down and my JPI would turn off, told me he had my S-Tec 50 reprogrammed for the G5 and later I found the factory seal was never broken on it since 2005. The G5 was wired completely wrong. My com/nav 2 no longer works. It has taken me 7 months to fix all his work. He broke the fuel line between the firewall and my fuel flow instrument in the panel. I had gas leaking inside when I took the plane away from him. Thousands of dollars later I now have it all back working.
