However, once the blinds had arrived V-Lonne couldn't get in to install them for almost a month. They also had a scheduling problem with a worker and had to cancel our appointment after my wife had taken off of work to meet them, after waiting for a month. Overall they are nice people, and very good and efficient at what they do. But the long wait times for an install and then the cancellation just knocked it down a touch. The person on the phone was apologetic and they tried to get in ASAP after the cancellation, which was good. Happy overall, good company!

I wanted to thank Jen so much for all of her help. The bathroom remodeling process was a bit stressful and you made everything seamless. My daughter and I visited the showroom and Jen helped us to find the hardware for the door that I had previously discussed with her on the phone. She and her coworker were so welcoming and sweet to my 2 year old. My daughter had a great time there. Jen has answered my millions of questions and really helped guide me with my low iron shower door. The measurement and installation crew were great. Since my door was custom, I was able to choose the height as well as the bypass doors. I also chose low iron glass since my daighter's bathroom has white tiles. Will be using them again for sure on our next bathroom. A bit pricey because of the low iron, but worth every penny (competitively priced). The shower door is high quality and we are really enjoying it. Will be back and highly recommend.

She recommended John the ceramic man. John regrouted both of my stall showers. They look like new! John & George installed the door today. Extremely polite, extremely neat and professional young men. They covered the entire bathroom floor, and stairs leading to the bathroom with drop cloths. They carted the old door to the garage. My bathroom looks like NEW! It's over 25 years old! Very disappointing experience with Shower Enclosures by George regarding an ongoing glass…read moreinstallation issue. The glass door is misaligned with the track and repeatedly slips out, causing it to hit the opposite glass border. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly a year despite multiple service requests. Repairs and inspections have been slow, often taking weeks to schedule, and callbacks have been difficult to obtain. When I do reach someone, I'm told additional charges may apply for repairs, which I was not expecting based on my understanding of the warranty. The warranty language does not clearly reflect the exclusion that was communicated to me. Customer service has also been inconsistent and at times unhelpful. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for glass installation work.
