I required exterior painting done on my two-story house and a 12x16 storage shed. I contacted NVC first based on other good reviews. After reaching out online they contacted me almost immediately, setting up an estimate within a day or two. I signed contracts a day after that. The owners, Johnathan and Sonia, are super-nice people. NV showed up exactly when they said they would and on time every single day. Stefany from the ofice staff is also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and contacted me in advance before every visit, updating me and relaying requests from the crew each day during the job. They told me up front I could probably find a cheaper contractor, but not one that would do they job they did. They didn't disappoint, working 12-hour days until the job was finished --- including immaculate cleanup each evening. The preppers and painters were kind and extremely hard-working. The first day the crew showed up early and spent a full day doing prep work, including pressure-washing, bubble-scraping, replacement of some rotting wood and a vent, and a lot of sealing. They did a ton of calking on my siding and even re-calked all my windows. They spent the second day putting two coats of high-quality paint on the house, and the third day applying two coats of trim, including gutters and downspouts. I have expensive security cameras and they were super-careful working around the cameras and cables, covering them when needed. They spent part of a fourth day checking their work, doing touchup and cleaning up. Johnathan gave me a final tour before wrapping up the project. My house is 26 years old and now it looks brand new and pristine. As happy and amazed as I am with the work they completed, I think I'm equally as pleased to have found such a diligent and professional local contractor I can trust and count on. This retaining wall required demolition of the old railroad tie wall, installing rock and drainage that connects to existing drains, and building a rebar reinforced 70 ft wall. Julian and his crew take true pride in their craft, creative solutions that save customers time and money while listening well to the requirements I had. They we're on time, within budget, and cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day. The finished product is beautiful (for a retaining wall) and turned out better than I'd imagined. I couldn't be happier with their work, and plan to have Ordaz Construction do a kitchen remodel for me in the future.

He requested a deposit and handed me a receipt. The day of the appointment he was a few hours late showing up due to truck trouble, but he and a couple family guys showed and made short work of the tree, piling all the wood into his long trailer. Jeff was very safety conscious and no damage came from the tall limbs coming down. It was nice to see a fellow work carefully and not show off. The crew cleaned up everything, except for some saw dust. Jeff cut the trunk close to the ground, but was not able to cut it clear to the ground. He took a photo of the remaining part and sent my phone number to a fellow he knows that does stump grinding at a reasonable price. Over all, we are very pleased with the result.

Both my husband and I really felt that this was an honest and trustworthy person from the very first time we met him. Our instincts were right on!!! The job was done within two weeks. Cut down trees, limbs, leaves, and many trunks chipped into piles for us to use as well. We had some pretty big trees leaning in tricky angles. Jeff knew exactly how to set everything up to avoid hitting anything on our property. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. His family accompanies him: wife, brothers, kids. Jeff and his family worked hard and did an excellent job. There were NO issues at all. They ended up coming back a few weeks later because we decided to take down a couple more trees. The worst customer service I have ever had. This was my situation. I filed a claim through my…read morehome warrantee on a property I have in another state and was given their contact information and a work order number. Per my warrantee company they randomly choose a plumber from there list and the company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the repair. The company never called me so I contacted them. They told me she never received the work Oder and would have to call me back that day. I never received a call back and called them back two days later. They told me I was on their list to call. So I asked for there availability and she said they were all booked but she is doing the schedule later that day and would call me after she was done to give me an appointment. This never happen. Again I waited a couple days thinking she was just busy. About four days later she calls me and says she has an opening in two hours. I explained to her that she was aware that I was in another state and needed more notice. She did not seem to understand. This went on for another week until I called the warrantee company and found out that she told them that they tried to arrange an appointment but she could not get ahold of me. This is ridiculous. The funny thing is that the only time they called me was to give me an appointment two hours later because another of their jobs fell through. I got a new referral for another plumber from the warrantee comp and she called, showed up, and fixed the problem without issues. I am writing this a caution to those who might seek this companies service and expect good customer services.
