They promised that since they were pouring concrete with a significant chance of rain, they would protect it with a tarp. They didn't place the tarp. I asked them to call me when they were done. They just left. I asked them to return to bring a tarp. They said it would take two hours. It started raining. I scrambled to borrow tarps from neighbors. He never placed a tarp. Really disappointing. I recommend, as a guiding principle of the business, to do what you say you'll do. Communicate. And get your quality up to standard.
