Any time I've had any sort of question about lawn care, they've made themselves available in a timely manner. They've kept their prices consistent even as inflation has risen. Over the years I've used them for lawn aeration, reseeding and the usual maintenance stuff. They've sharpened blades for me, given me free seeds and all sorts of goodies free of charge. And most of all, my lawn shows their work. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews here, as I can only speak to my own experience. They've been great and I'll stick with them.

Everything I said is 100% true and I have messages from them that prove it. Also, their response claims that they have no record of the theft incident, but my pictures include their written response to the incident, and a picture of the thief (allentuck employee,) so they are either lying or totally incompetent. I have also been by their business on Travillah multiple times because I have a property on the very next street in Mount Prospect. It is also 100% true that their employee Maria tried to sell us her son's landscaping company to do our backyard. We are an international family and speak Spanish so this is not a case of language barrier. I am no longer even interested in being compensated for the stolen item, I only hope my neighbors don't fall victim to this company. I honestly can't believe they are dragging their name through the mud because they were too cheap pay for the theft (under $100.) There are also 2 witnesses of the theft, and video. It was one of those situations where we had the lights off inside and there were lights outside so the thief apparently couldn't see us standing in the window directly in front them. We even waited to see if they would get a conscience and return the item because we previously had a good relationship with the employees who share our heritage. I honestly hope legal action is perused so this can gain more publicity. What the employee didn't a crime, and the company response is unacceptable and makes them an accomplice.

The lot is sloped and there are several stone retaining walls and stairs to navigate. It isn't an easy property to work with. Demolition had to be done by hand. They did a great job. The crew showed up everyday at 7:30am. The site was organized and anytime I needed to get out of my driveway, they always accommodated me. Coordination with our lighting and irrigation contractor was seamless. When I decided I didn't like the brick edging on the new flagstone path, the price to re-do it in flagstone was more than fair. Dale, Jesse, and the office staff were professional and informative in all their communications (email, in person, phone). One part of the contract wasn't quite done, but a quick email from me had them out within a day to finish the job. I contracted with Moyers a few days ago to have a Green Emerald Arborvitae installed in my front yard and also signed up for general yard clean-up, to include weeding and mulching and planting of ground cover. (I have a rather large backyard that consists of lawn, hardscaping, and a lengthy blue gravel driveway. The yard also features a 5' W x 50' L raised garden bed planted with various dwarf evergreens trees and deciduous plants. It is a lot of yard and I find it next to impossible to keep it looking neat and orderly.) The Moyers landscaping team, led by Danny, arrived on the exact day and time promised (no rescheduling on their end; what a blessing in this day and age). I watched the team working from my windows and could not believe how hardworking and efficient they were. The crew was absolutely dedicated to the work at hand and cut no corners. In short, they exceeded my every expectation. On Day 2, I was greeted at my door by Danny for the walk through of the completed work. I couldn't believe my eyes. I am not exaggerating when I say that my yard was transformed. I was so bowled over that I became emotional -- to the point of tears, and I do not cry easily. Needless to say, I will hire them again and have even signed on for their Platinum Lawn Maintenance Program. In my experience, Moyers is top notch -- but don't take my word for it.
