There are lots of good options for people looking for gluten free options, but the potential for cross contamination is there if you are very sensitive.l to gluten. They also had 3 fresh soups available and regularly have chilli. The pricing is much better to offerings such as Nature's emporium. I found the price to be at least 25% less. They also have a pretty hefty discount at the end of the day on food if you are so inclined.
