My ring had a hammered finish, I let George know it was okay to have a flat piece in the back since that part would not really be seen. I had two pieces of jewelry repaired at Premier Jewelers. I was told it could take 2 weeks but it ended up only taking one week. They are very reasonable with their pricing. My ring had a tiny diamond that had fallen out that I had miraculously saved. They were able to put the stone back in the ring as asked but also without charging reinforced all the other prongs. Also, I had a pair of earrings stem thinned, the gage was too thick for my ears. It was very tricky for the jeweler to fix. The jeweler was concerned about heating the precious stone but took the time to do it right and they turned out wonderfully and are polished beautifully.
