Our experience with Premier Kitchen & Bath and Craig Baker Marble has been a NIGHTMARE!!! This business refused to provide an itemized list of services and products that we requested numerous times to see what we were paying and to submit charges to our insurance company for reimbursement. Their company policy: "We do not provide a line by line amount. We do not deal direct with insurance companies for billing, however If they have any questions, you can have them call me at the office, or contact me via my email address." Brenda Baker A contract was never issued or signed and there was never a change order signed. We received a bid, but never received a contract. We had our shower and tub area remodeled due to a water leak that created mold. The cultured marble is beautiful. However, we experienced poor craftsmanship on multiple areas, numerous delays in scheduling, and price gauging on work they did not perform. We requested a meeting to discuss these issues thru email and was told that Bruce Baker/VP, Craig Baker/President, Thomas Baker/director of operations, and Brenda Baker/Manager will not meet with us! We were billed $9,205.00 for the following: * Remove tub skirt * Disconnect tub & remove * Remove half wall between tub & shower (Not done) * Replace water damaged wood in tub & shower (Homeowner to provide materials. This was added after we had to purchase the materials for the project to continue. No wood was damaged in the tub area.) * Rebuild wall between tub & shower flush with top of tub. (Wasn't rebuilt, just shortened.) (Homeowner to provide materials.) Added when their contractor did not have the required materials and we had to purchase or the project would be further delayed. * Install insulation that was water damaged (Homeowner to provide materials. Same scenario-we had to purchase or project would be further delayed.) * 42 x 72 cultured marble tub and skirt Do you believe this amount without any explanation of costs is called PRICE GAUGING?!!! We never asked for a cultured marble tub-Price-1750.00!!! We expected a tub comparable to the one that was removed. All of the "homeowner to provide materials" was added when the contractor arrived WITHOUT these needed materials and to get him to complete the work and not return a week later, we purchased the insulation and wood, yet was never credited with the purchase. Nothing was dated. BEWARE- DO NOT USE Craig Baker Marble or Premier Kitchen & Bath! You will regret it! read more

I had a great experience. My kitchen is fantastic and everyone was very professional throughout. I loved the 3- D computer rendering I was able to see and any changes were really quick and easy to see. I plan to have them do my master bath this summer. After shopping around for estimates and designs for my bathroom remodel, I decided to go with Premier and I'm glad I did! They were professional, prompt, and knew just what to do. They offered design solutions for my space that I would have never thought of! I saved tons of money buying countertops from their in stock program instead of from a different supplier. For a large project size and with your line of Elmwood Cabinets brought from Canada, the scope was demanding and with much detail. The performance and attention given to us by both your companies during the many months of design work, field measurements, coordination and timely installation was very gratifying and well done. The marble installation was done with precision and care, and taking care of minor punch list items was done with care and attention. Hurricane Harvey dumped 2 feet of water in my house. I call Bruce Baker at Premier Kitchen & Bath and asked if if they would be able to help me rebuild once the water receded. He told me not to worry, that he and his team would help me out. Once the water receded enough that we could safely wade to the house, he met me there and we agreed to a plan. I signed the contract and he told me that I no longer needed to worry about how all the work was going to get done, that from that point forward that was his job, and he and his team immediately got busy. While others were still removing furniture and wet sheetrock, my house was already gutted and had giant fans drying out the studs. Thanks to their quick response, we never had any mold form in our home and they treated the walls to ensure that it never would. This was just the beginning, once all the studs had appropriately dried, they immediately started the rebuilding process. He worked with my wife and I to not just rebuild, but help design a complete upgrade throughout our home. We now live in a home with a beautiful modern Kitchen with new quality cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliances. We also have new cabinets in our butlers pantry and formal setting room. Our bathrooms have been remodeled with new showers, soaking tub, and new moderns cabinets. The tile and granite work throughout the house is top rate, and the flooring is beautiful. Having Premier Kitchen & Bath as our general contractor, meant we never had to deal with any the logistics nightmares associated with the rebuild. This was a major benefit for us when you consider the absolute insane number of homes that needed to be rebuild across the Houston area after Hurricane Harvey. All of this was completed professionally and timely. Our home was the first completely finished home in the area. Thanks to Premier Kitchen & Bath, we have finsihed unpacking boxes and are able to return to our Pre-Harvey lives. read more

Went in and talked about a remodel. A few days later, someone came to measure. It has now been almost a month. No one has bothered to call or email me an estimate. I attempted to call the office, and the girl who answered didn't know what the heck was going on....asked me if I was trying to call Premier. I said "uh....yes!!!!!". Very disappointed in the impoliteness of this company's designer. After establishing an agreed upon appointment date & time for our planned kitchen & bath remodel analysis and estimate, this person failed to show. 30 minutes late I retrieved my mobile phone (from its charger in another room) and noticed the employee had called twice and left confirming voicemail messages, but did not indicate they were coming for our appointment. Saying we are home and have been waiting, apologizing for not hearing any calls, I questioned why this employee did not also try our home phone, or come anyway. He said he was burned too many times before showing up at client homes and they were not there. He was not resourceful. Not apologetic. Did not want to start our appointment 30 minutes later, and ruined our chances at salvaging our desired design work, criticizing me for not answering my phone. Very poor customer service. read more
