He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my refrigerator evaporator coils at no additional cost. Also he asked me to follow up with him on the status. He genuinely wanted to know how the ice maker was working after the repair. Great service, great communication. Recommend giving victor a try on your next appliance repair needs.

In March I purchased a refrigerator and a stove from them. When they delivered them and while installing the fridge they tore my floor in the kitchen. The guy look at the hole shrugged and walked out. They installed the stove and started to leave. I stopped them from leaving because the stove was not working. "It was working at the shop." And? I asked. They loaded up the stove and leave. No word no nothing. After a few minutes I call the store the guy says "we'll fix and deliver it tomorrow night". No call no show the next night. I called and my call goes straight to voice mail. The next morning I call they says "we'll fix and deliver it tonight." no call no show once again. "We'll be there tomorrow night with it." This went on for a few days and nothing at all. Finally they called to say they can't fix it and to come by for my refund. I got another stove delivered the same day no problems. Flash forward to yesterday just about 90 days... We get in from work and the refrigerator is not working the ice in the freezer has melt and there is water all over the floor. I called them this morning to which I was informed I had no warranty left. Ok? Can you send your repair guy out to fix it? They called me at 1 PM to say the guy would be there there at 2. At 2:30 I called to see where the guy was. "Oh my bad, I forgot to send him. He's on his way." Was the reply. At 3 they call to say the guy is on his way. The guy shows up about 3:20 and does not speak English. 3:30 the guy hands me his phone and the person on the other end says, "it's fixed pay him $50." I pay him he leaves I go back to work. When I get home the fridge is not working and their number is going straight to a voice mail that is full. Please do not use this place even if they showed up at my door tomorrow with a brand new fridge I would still say do not buy from these people. ***Update*** I called them this morning to let them know my fridge was not fixed. I was told the guy would be here at 1. It is 2:35 and they say they don't know when he'll be by. I asked for my $50 back so I could call someone else they said no refunds. Prices were also highly competitive. Sara uses contractors to do the delivery and setup at your home. Again, these processes went very smoothly. You can bet that when we need a new appliance, we'll head to Sara.

First, the one positive is the store, it's layout and ambience. It ended there. We bought a new…read morerange after electrical problems caused it to blow up, melting the area around it. Of course the one we selected was out of stock. Whether this was Sara's word or a con by the vendor we are not sure. However, we were expecting an immediate delivery. Day 8, it is still not here. My electrician called Tuesday and Wednesday ready to begin working. Sara likes manipulating words. For instance, Monday or Tuesday it should leave Dallas. Wednesday or Thursday it should get to the warehouse. Thursday or Friday it should be delivered. Friday between 11 and 11:30 it should be delivered. It is 2:30 now. At 2:00 some delivery person called about our address. He stated that the range was still at the warehouse. In every case where two days were given it was always the second day. Dealing with Chuck the salesman solved no problems. He did not expedite the process or attempt to provide a solution. Only empty promises. Now it looks like I have to postpone my electricians afternoon time since I am positive it will not come. By the way, the 'out of stock' one we replaced with a more expensive model. I believe this is a deliberate attempt to defraud the customer and whether done by Sara or Whirlpool it looks suspicious.
